How so ?
I still could play that game on Origin not a month ago
Not sure..I just reinstalled it on EA and it tells me some bullshit about it not being activated or connected to the internet. Shame cause I really love this game and bought it legally multiple times on console and PC. I knew I should’ve just kept it installed forever..
Use Origin app then

The game is not playable on EA’s servers anymore, this will not work. Pirating is the only option now.

In Syndicate Wars you pilot 4 terminators around a city and you can level buildings with miniguns. 10/10
Syndicate (2012). Don't believe others saying that it's underrated or something because the game is simply boring and generic. It's a cover shooter with the ability to hack enemies and activate bullet time. IIRC the worst part is that you have to eventually deal with enforcers that are practically invulnerable unless you hack them, damage them, then hack again and finally finish them off. Still not as bad as Spec Ops' heavies, but unlike Spec Ops, Syndicate doesn't offer a remotely interesting story, character development, and interactions.
Also, if I'm not mistaken, the devs went on to make the new Wolfenstein games that suck ass.

It’s not unless you still have it installed on EA app. If you stupidly uninstalled it like me then you cannot play it on PC unless you get a cracked version.

Is this true? The game worked for me on ea app until I uninstalled it. Now after reinstalling, it does not work. If I revert back to origin is it going to magically work again or will I be wasting my time?

I just know that servers were cut down in mid-2023, and I still have Origin on my computer, and I never had any issues with it last year

I have never pirated games before so I have no idea what any of this means. Normally I buy all my games but I’m desperate because this is one of my favorite games and is totally unplayable on PC through legal means.

Unless this is dated incorrectly, it seems this repack group Kaos Krew did another repack recently for whatever reason. At least this means the links shouldn't be old and dead.
Technically speaking the game only uses EA servers to store savedata, the gameplay itself is peer-to-peer

Horrendous attempt to "reboot" an existing franchise, but somehow not a bad FPS on its own. It needed more enemies for hectic combat scenarios to let you use more of the hacking bullshit.
