Usually we don't get "grey" characters in RE at all, only heroes/villians. So the fact that Ada helps random shmucks in RE4 (Ashley) and RE6 (Jake/Sherry) just doesn't line up with "she's le ebil" narrative for me.

if the lip sync is done in realtime, then whatever you change the dialog to, the animation will be correct
if lip syncing isn't done in realtime, then the audio must match the original dialog in timing otherwise it'll look like this
