my theory is that the missions have a limited time and then cannot be bought after but if you buy them you can access them whenever. Tho that functionally means they are limited anyway because who the frick is gonna queue for chapter 1 when chapter 6 releases? the more chapters there are the lomger the queues, multiplied even more if the missions have difficulty levels
