Not really, people only care about certain Pokemon designs solely because they're Pokemon. If those same designs were from Palworld or in some other monster catcher, nobody would give a single shit. Same thing viceversa, there are certain Palworld or other monster series designs that would be beloved if they had originated from Pokemon.
