I legitimately have no clue why they bother with POE2 and dumping money into GRAFICs. They have the ARPG market, they aren't doing enough to get casuals/console players in which is Diablo's market. So why?
That's the problem, almost all my D4 friends dont play PoE first because the game is 'ugly" for them and them because its hard, so the graphics are just to try to appease the casual audience, but first they need to work to be more "casual friendly", dont understand why the BFR don't give the triple points of respec on the campaign or put some "recommended" items/gems/talents for newcomers
Just get rid of respec cost entirely. No one is playing POE who actively plays every other season without PoB or a build someone else made for them. New players aren't playing with PoB or loot filters, a respec cost absolutely fricks them when you have no clue what skills are in the game in the first place our how gems work.
Meanwhile, if you pick a Sorc in Diablo you know what you get. Is it well thought out and good long term? No, but its already upfront in what a character does

With minimum investment you can get the same setup with Pathfinder and as I said every single player uses auto flask when they expire or when they are full of charges, if you are moronic you can even use on pinnacle bosses.

Screen clearing is mandatory in poe due to its shit balance and refusal from the devs to balance properly.
You don't need to screenclear d2 because being hit by 5 random mobs doesn't kill you. Being hit by one in poe can randomly fricking kill you, it's moronic. Players developed builds that could clear further and faster as a direct counter to gggs design and balance

I played balista totem champ on sanctum league so it was easy as fug.
i played cold dot that league, it was dogshit at it.
but it was a shit system anyway, anything that gives 0 reward unless you beat the final floor, and where the best strategy was ALWAYS to ignore every floor and just run through, ignoring all boons etc because they sucked
It only sucked for me because I had to spam maps to store whole floor. Sanctum itself was easy as frick unless you did some challenge run.
A single good boon would carry you through whole run so it was good idea to reset whole run if you didn't get good shit at the beginning.

Nah, because your defenses didn't matter, you would regularly die somewhere between floor 3 boss and floor 4 boss. Especially if you got shit rooms.
Builds that moved slow, had to be rooted for too long to attack, or didn't invest into 8 billion damage suffered compared to glass canons or something like boneshatter where you attack and leap so fast you're rooted for like 0.02 seconds
