It's sort of less jarring when you're playing someone like a warlock or bard who's naturally going to have high charisma. It makes a lot less sense when you're a class with charisma as a dump stat.
I'd rather there not be sex at all because it's always shit and never really has any place in just about any western rpg plot - especially in this game when every one of your party members is worried about the evil worm parasite literally eating their brain. The gith b***h is the only one who really even takes the circumstances seriously, to the point of getting mad at you for taking a long rest. Everything she says and does is to encourage the player to get a fricking move on so they can get rid of the tadpoles. And she'll still frick you just because.
This would all be slightly less egregious if the women were less man-faced or otherwise weird looking, but that's something western devs are incapable of nowadays for some reason. Sex not happening until way late in the game would also make far more sense as not only would the player have more time to actually get to know their companions, the PC and companions in-game would have a proper contextual relationship besides "ragtag band of weirdos that just met." Depending on what dialog options you choose, you only need a handful of conversations to start bedding people, devaluing the entire experience.
Even if changes like this were made I still wouldn't want it because it's pointless. I can enjoy a romance without an awkward 2 minute long sex scene of poorly rigged models clipping into one another.
