Frick off. Everyone always agreed that light and dark being only instant kill sucked. Your characters and personas who specialized in them were terrible and only useful in fights weak to those elements. Meanwhile your enemies can easily spam them and kill half your party just because.
Hama and Mudo will always be terrible on your hands so why not allow those elements to have something else. They will exist anyway so what is even the problem?
It doesn’t suck. Next time you play FES, assuming you’re not filtered by the tactics menu, use hama and mudo and realize how useful having your own instant kill moves is
The new portraits feel as if they've been polished and refined to the point of having lost much of the original portraits' character and expressiveness. The new portraits feel as if they were computer generated, while the old ones seem hand-drawn. I personally much prefer the latter.
