Samantha cooks the books, but she needs some help "finding the right stationary" sometimes. Pablo takes care of the long drives to make the trades, but he needs a buddy to ride along sometimes and handle some of the heat or make sure a deal goes right. At least Phil can get Pablo a good parking spot when he gets back.

Leet Lenny is also a decent pick, just because "Can hack to any place" could be absolutely insane and I might replace Billy with him.

Samantha seems kinda like a required pick due QoL and basically making sure fronts will do well and would basically be even better the more your Mafia Empire grows and with good deals and competent management shit should basically grow itself.

Ahmed is the biggest threat because he can just covert near you and then explode so that "explode anytime" downside is in play even if you don't pick him.
Leet Lenny seems nice now in the It Age, and the down hours shouldn't be that bad and he could probably be used to get dirt and leak the browser history of the non combat ones and give Phil the wrong presciption of medicine, making his death look like a non-violent accident and not enrage the local businesses and politicians.

Weed is easy to grow so Walt getting high off his own supply shouldn't be an issue, and Johnny will cover the business side of things. Samantha ensures that the business doesn't have any legal hiccups, and sucks my pp because Billy is too nervous to hit on her.
Oh and with regards to the others killing me the only actual threats are Gerald and Billy. Gerald, however, is constantly NDing into himself so will probably frick up battling my ninja. Billy is a teenager and will certainly lose in melee combat to Ling.
I want Sleek Johnny and the ninja to be my muscle. Pablo will be very helpful for the actual business side of things. Finally I want Walt to actually grow the weed for me. His shitty dealmaking is irrelevant because Johnny will do all the talking.
