How is she powerful? At best I use armor corrosive and use the surprise attack skill to get decent damage but then Castti and Hikari can do more damage with less setup.

Have Throne rock Merchant prior, so she can use her latent to abuse the greta merchant skills twice. Or have her Inventor to use inventions and start repairing the same turn.
Also who needs Throne to do damage when you can have Osvald or Hikari absolutely shitting out damage and carrying your whole party?
Throne/Osvald/Temenos/Ochette constantly playing at night only will definitely facilitate you getting endgame ready.
I picked her because I thought the game would have those stupid chests that could only be opened by a thief like the first one.

I really appreciate the Latent Powers making some character-specific builds so much stronger. For example, Throne as an Arcanist because her power makes setup and payoff immediate. Shit's so good, plus she looks the best with the outfit.
Maybe not as good as Osvald, but Osvald becomes a nuke no matter what you put on him after a certain point.
Her heel turn comes out of nowhere, I remember reading a diary during Hikari's story that makes reference to her but it just came out of nowhere, also it is kinda moronic how they explain the black hunter story AT THE FRICKING END of the game and it is not even mentioned in Ochette's story after like her second chapter
Tanzy was probably the worst, I didn't even remember who she was. Agnea and Partitio's stories were probably the most disconnected from the Vide plotline and it really showed when they tried to link everyone's story to it. And the dark hunter really should have at least showed up at least once before the post game.
She's not the most powerful raw damage dealer but she's not weak either. Her unique spell that AoE blinds is enough to keep her in my party alone. Throw as much speed on her as possible and you can hit 99,999 damage with the thief divine skill easily. Her latent giving two turns is honestly one of the best in the game due to how flexible it is, can absolutely come in clutch sometimes.
