I'd rather we just drop the whole "there's shades of good and evil in every color" crap and lean properly into the identity we all know the colors have
White is Good
Blue is Law
Black is Evil
Red is Chaos
Green is Neutral
Change it from a wheel to the good ole two-axis alignment chart, create 2-color and 3-color mechanics from there
Five is a great number. No crystals. No symmetries other than its own rotation. No dumb left or right or two by two maps.
It's better to assign good and evil to every single one. White can be benevolent or tyrannical while black can be parasitic or freedom to own high caliber rifles capable for a dollar.
Red is freedom, see how stupid it is trying to put a good and bad spin on every color? Black is like Slytherin. People always say it's not totally evil but in practice it's totally evil.
Satan transforms himself into Lucifer because both are titles. His coloring is black in MtG in both cases. Of course he abhors the self defense military actions known as the Crusades.

why travel thousands of kilometre for self-defense? sounds evil
There really is no reason to pitch a 6th color. It was repeatedly considered and shelved because it's a bad idea. There's no mechanics you can comfortably add to it unless you want to snap the game in half (like deeper interaction with exile removing the whole point of exile), and removing stuff from other colors to put it in the new one is stupid.
Purple
The symbol is a swirl for the Dreamlands.
The central focus is that as the Dreamscape, you preserve your field by transmuting the properties of cards either in play or being played. Effects can include:
“Intangible: Cannot take damage from Creatures.” Rather than protection from a specific Color, a card type is what Purple cards can protect against. While this card can’t be destroyed by resolving combat, it can still be destroyed by spell cards. Purple cards may also have Hexproof, for example. They will not run both at once.
“Reflect: Instant - You may pick a new target or targets for a card your opponent is playing.” You protect yourself not by countering cards but by resolving them differently.
Purple would play with a new location called Suspend, where a card can sit as if it’s being cast for multiple turns.
“Ritual: Set this spell in Suspend. X is equal to the number of turns this card sits in Stasis to a maximum of its mana cost.”
Whether it’s damage, discard, or other effects, you can risk being countered for several turns to boost the power of a card.

Yeah that's almost as moronic as adding draenei aliens to a fantasy universe like vanilla wow
The Draenei as a term come from Warcraft 3, with the appearance being the result of avoiding that uggo by welding to the Eredar who also appeared in WC3 but were first described LONG before that. Furthermore, the Lich King already did the "giant crystal from the sky carries otherworldly being of great power" thing, and the inciting incident of the franchise was interplanetary portals. To say nothing of the oil-fueled gnomish submarines and steam-powered siege tanks.
>Yeah that's almost as moronic as adding draenei aliens to a fantasy universe like vanilla wow
Black person orcs have been aliens invading from another planet since day 1, holy shit play Beyond the Dark Portal
Literally impossible. Adding a new color to Magic over 30 years after the game was created would never, ever be accepted by any player as legitimate. Just suggesting it means you're dumb as hell.
Prismatic Mana. One Prismatic mana (P) is equal to WUBRG. So a theoretical Progenitus sequel would have two (P) pips instead of WWUUBBRRGG. When you add WUBRG to your mana pool, you can convert it to one Prismatic Mana.
Purple. It's just cards that are Burn/counterspells on everything when played. Splashable only with Izzet but otherwise more than functional on its own. One mana counter anything and inflict 5 damage.
Plainswalker's abilities are all usable instant speed and cannot be interrupted or responded to. It needs to be an even better Niv Mizzet as a planeswalker.
It can never be allowed to be banned or nerfed for any reason or WotC hates fun.
The drive to bring everyone joy and find the beauty in all things; indulgence ans desire for pleasure
Position: dead center, allied and opposes no color in particular, their best cards are always monopink and there are few duals and fewer tris with no quads or above
Typical creatures: >cute young men and women >adorable fluffy critters >spirits in dazzling colors with pleasing shapes >milfs and dilfs >anthos are always way more human than animal, usually just things like a human with fox ears and a tail
Gimmicks: >Beating your enemy without hurting them, with lots of win conditions like "if any player gains X amount of life over their starting total you win" or "if X amount of creatures are exiled without being attacked you win" >debuffs and adding lots of -1/-1 counters >very low power high toughness creatures that are cheap to field but weak and vulnerable individually, need to be voltroned and paired up and when they are they're very hard to remove and easy to bring back, they always want a wide board that's very hard to remove >hates full graveyards and lots of detrimental spell effects based on cards in the graveyard >lots of sacrifice own life to do X options
Also the artwork must be cute always, no exceptions, no snarling undercut haircut snarling darkie feminist nonsense or fat dudes, etc.

How many people will consider high caliber rifles good? Red is freedom to act. Rifles strike fear in the hearts of criminals. Fear is probably black.
All colours are evil. Or rather, each colour has a creatures that are evil in it.
WH would've been great with five chaos factions.
t. Satan
satan is white
Satan transforms himself into Lucifer because both are titles. His coloring is black in MtG in both cases. Of course he abhors the self defense military actions known as the Crusades.

>r freedom to own high caliber rifles capable for a dollar.
anon, that is classically white. Rednecks love white
when, in the history of mankind, was white ever considered good?
Crusades.
turbo evil
NOOOOOOOOO you should just let others take all your lands, raid and enslave you without fighting back because that would be evil!
low bait
From the Indus Valley to Rome to Victorian London, you ahistoric pleb.
It fits in the classic alignment grid if you skip the (useless) normal sides
LG white
LE blue
NN green
CG red
CE black
Blue is neutral aswell. Black is LE if anything
>Rules lawyers at you in order to cause the most suffering possible
Blue is absolutely LE
Gay. Literally the only truly good part of MtG was/is the moral ambiguity of the color alignments.
then why did you assign the identity of white onto blue
brown the color of my poo LMAO but sometimes it comes out green

Desert would fit a "colorless"/void/waste thematic.

InQuest was over 20 years ago bro

If we are going by the classic elements, humours and what not, it's missing Air
They could do combo colors instead of bi-colors? So like Purple would be a combo of blue and black etc

Brown. All the DEI cards go here.
Purple as a sixth color has been floated for decades
https://magic.wizards.com/en/news/feature/color-purple-2007-01-29
A color that's all shit cards but with cool art made by the old school MTG artists so you can have a cool deck for cheap that looks good on the draw
Why was this deleted? History has been a staple to board game discussions for decades.
If it's good but sounds evil you need to check your source material. Some people think death penalty is evil.
HISTORY IS VERBOTEN CHUD
Figures.

I'd add a set of scent-themed cards.
Frick colours.

That's just a bunch of stuff from other colors, no real reason to add it at all
