Battlefront/Battlefront 2 Galactic Conquest as a standalone game. Much more fleshed out overworld / diplomacy mechanics a-la Total War / Grand Strategy games. Larger battlefields with much more in the way of weapons / vehicles as well as an Arma 3 like command interface that lets you order NPC troops around to execute various strategies / tactics.
I definitely agree with more weapons and vehicles, more overworld, and maybe more diplomacy if it means more simultaneous factions.
What I don't want is too much complicaiton

Clone wars CRPG
I want a game that plays like Star Wars Battlefront 2 when it comes to shooting, but the objectives, map design, and overall goals should be something like Fallout or STALKER.
THERE SHOULDN'T BE ANY GAY ASS FRICKING LEVEL SCALING HOWEVER.
There should be some RPG skills but they shouldn't affect weapon damage or accuracy. If you're a good shot you're a good shot.
There should also be SEX. Let's say I'm playing as some guy, I'm shooting up the place and I see a female enemy. I stun her by putting my gun on stun or I beat the frick out of her or she surrenders.
Then I whip out my wiener and frick her.
You can enslave her and take her back to your ship.
With enough skill points you should be able to communicate with anyone and coerce anyone into surrendering.
There is no gay ass "light side" or "dark side" locking you out of skills.
Only your actions determine where you stand.
There shouldn't be any moronic lockout of what faction gets to befriend which faction.
Even if it's Imperials vs Rebels, if you have enough skill points, you should be able to diplomatically solve anything if you're like really skilled with the force and really know how to talk to people. In such a scenario you would be able to maybe have the emperor killed, darth vader becomes the new ruler, but he also decides to allow jedi to freely practice again and stops being such an evil guy or something.
The game starts from Episode 1 or slightly earlier and can go all the way to Episode 6.
You can assist Mace Windu in killing the Emperor and prevent Order 66.
In general any major event is up to you to control. You can completely rewrite the turn of events.

I just want a game that lets me play start to finish from an Empire perspective. No mid-game or last third "Empire bad actually, I must go full rebel." just a bit player in the Empire rising up in the ranks as he sees all the big moments from the other side, propaganda and everything.
That's not really in the spirit of the genre. At best you could hope for a "Empire good, Emperor bad" final act, where you attempt to put Tarkin on the throne or something.
That's why I mentioned the propaganda. There's a, what, 16ish year gap between Episode 3 and Episode 4? The man was willingly given the throne and made sure only sycophants were left so he could keep it. Sure, we see the bad side of the Empire but we don't really see much of what it's like on the Inner Ring or whatever. We don't know that the Empire isn't seen as benevolent, keeping the peace and all that, kids dreaming of growing up to be Stormtroopers due to some good propagandizing that any good occupation would have.
I'm not saying that it should be glorified, if anything after decades of media saying "Empire bad." people should be able to realize that "Yes, Empire bad." and that what they're seeing is what the Empire wants people to see. Maybe I'm moronic for wanting to see that side of it, I'll acknowledge that.
