World 2 is his fear of death with the graveyard, a wasteland representing absolute death with zero life, and a Vigilante ready to take his life.
World 3 was about how he was actually taken from his parents as a child, making him an orphan, represented by Space, where he never stays in the same place ever, (and also Space is far away from Earth so that's a good metaphor) and Forest is his want to finally have a family. (delivering pizza to Gustavo's family who he is jealous of for having each other). As for Golf, it is the only level that represents positive nostalgia, perhaps of when he had some primo burg at a diner somewhere.
World 4 is his distaste with the current world, filled with disgusting pigs as citizens of a city whom he hates, and sewers representing his hate of what goes on behind the scenes that no one talks about, which is a good explanation to why his pizzeria is in the middle of nowhere. He hates society and wants to be far away from it, which mirrors his past of having been taken away, making him be okay with a lack of true home.
Finally, World 5 is his biggest fears: War is his war trauma, Pizzascare is how he's scared of the tower deep down but goes through regardless, Don't Make a Sound is how he's scared of animatronics and dislikes children's media in general, possibly because it triggers his past trauma as a child, and because it mirrors what he hates about society.

Yeah, during that part I don't even bother trying to go fast. Take it slow, wait for the first John to spawn, then immediately throw him into the other one. Should work every time. John Gutter gives you plenty of time to do the initial escape and lap 2, so you don't need to worry too much.

For me it's getting to the end after hitting the second secret. I always lose my combo after leaving the secret area and trying to get the jannie as quickly as possible.
Any tips for getting S ranks? I did all the achievements for John Gutter and best I got was A, should I focus more on combos and collectibles or on going fast?
By the way, I'm not sure if S Ranks are the same, but P Ranking in levels only begin when you kill the first cheeseslime in the room you start off in. So whenever you see a weirdly placed cheeselime in the first room of every level, that's why.
