Sounds like you should go report a bug to the Fightcade devs instead of complaining here.
The operating system itself is not responsible for the creation of Fightcade's Linux build. If it's broken, the Linux kernel developers are not responsible to fixing it. Neither are Linux gamers on Ganker.

this shit didn't happen literally days ago and NEVER happens on windows
the point you're missing is windows is used more than 3 people in the fricking world and shit doesn't just randomly break and never get fixed like has happened multiple times on Linux for me
also some shit just doesn't work at all and never will and you have to deal with so much more moronation to get normal things working
              it's so fricking stupid

              >>bro it totally doesn't happen
Okay "bro" but this post [...] isn't saying it didn't happen. It's suggesting that you go and report it to the developers, since you're already spending time complaining about it. But if you want to complain exclusively to people who can't fix the problem, that's your choice. As someone who doesn't use Fightcade, I don't really care if they fix their bug.
              >this type of shit would NEVER happen on windows
If that's the case, then perhaps it's because the Fightcade developers are better at writing software for Windows, or perhaps they spend more time testing their Windows build.
              >Linux "devs" are a bunch of fricking trannies and just ignore any issues that happen
Who are you talking about? The Linux kernel developers did not make the Linux version of Fightcade. Are you talking about the people on the Fightcade team who made the Linux version of it? I have no idea if they have separate developers dedicated maintaining to the Linux version. Or are you running the Windows version of Fightcade on Linux? In that case, I'd assume your problem is with Wine developers, but in that case I'd say you should try the Linux version of the software you're trying to run before giving up.

I went into their troony discord and did tell them about it you fricking moron, they just ignore it and never fix anything

randomly break on Linux and never get fixed because no one uses Linux
Bugs I've reported have been fixed in a timely manner. Just before opening this thread, I was playing a game with a source port that has had two bugs fixed because of my reports. It works now. These bugs weren't even exclusive to the Linux version, so I helped it work better on Windows too. You're welcome. I'm sorry that the Fightcade developers care enough to release a Linux build but apparently don't care enough to make it good.
never work on Linux or take a million workarounds because no one uses Linux

But you're already wasting your time crying about it. Whether you want it to be fixed or just want to vent your frustration, crying to the people who made the program seems more productive.
            >>btw we're not responsible for anything
Uh, yeah. Unless the Fightcade developers are in this thread, nobody in this thread is responsible for fixing bugs in the Linux version of Fightcade. The Linux kernel developers also don't maintain Fightcade's Linux build, unless there just happen to be some people working on both projects (which seems unlikely).
            >>who know when this will get fixed, maybe never
Definitely never, if you expect random imageboard users to fix it.

Boomers never bothered to learn and just got Gen Xers to do everything. Gen X has a general idea but still are not very good at specifics unless they are trained in it. 30 year old Boomers have a much better grasp then any other generation but still not very high.
Zoomers were given almost all tech when it was figured out and streamlined and so never had to troubleshoot or really do any work to make technology function. So they are nearly as bad as true boomers.

I got most of my games playable on Linux but they all still had some minor problems that took away some enjoyment. I could make it work but since it's easy to even just pirate Windows, Linux has no real benefit right now. Especially since some core things on Linux are still being polished. I could see it being fine at some point in the future but right now it's worse than Windows at least for gaming.

Linux provides control and independence in exchange for convenience, and since the majority of people are slaves by their own accord they will always trade independence for convenience. This is the reason why linux is a minority in market share.
