By placing Mare on their plate, they are advertising themselves for erp. God forbid should you join one of the public syncshells for Mare because it is not out of the question for the regulars to sync together their sex animations for all to see.
Degenerate "game" for degenerate freaks. Play it solo for the above-average story. Do not engage with the natives. You will regret it.
Lovely game and an MMO with an engaging story that has it's high and lows, good soundtrack, bizarre adventures and likeable characters. Stay clear of the communities and others unless necessary. Gilgamesh used to be the main raiding server on Aether back before cross-world PF, but a bunch of people fled to Sarg to escape all the erper's.
After 6.4 raids, I had some time left before my sub ran out and I renew for next patch. I travelled to balmung just to see if it was a bad as people said it was.
And holy shit!!! The amount of Aether's most hardcore raiders I saw casually erping was insane. The vast majority of these people being Sarg players btw. One of my friends has community mare thing with them and they all looked ridiculous in the screenshot he sent.

There used to be at least a small raiding community on crystal. Now with DC travel pf is completely dead during peak player hours unless your on aether

Yep I got into ults and raiding on crystal with non erpers and only have ucob left. Came back to finish p12s and it just was not possible to find learning or farm groups even when I checked+ primal.

The base game you buy gets you all the expansion except the very last one. Just buy it when there's a deal or some shit. I would suggest playing the trial first up to SB. But i would also suggest to not touch this game at all.
It's the MMO model where if you want to do the new stuff you need to buy the expansion. The plus side however is that when a new expansion comes out the previous expansions come bundled together for free.
we played all past ults (some of my group play since 1.0) but EW was unironically too shitty that they got burned out and we didn't continue after the last savage.

I've more often than not wiped on the enrage when the boss was at 12% HP because these knuckle draggers don't know how to play their classes on a basic level. Closest one I got was a 1% enrage wipe that could've been a clear had these morons not shit themselves during KOTR4 and forced a healer LB3.
It gets better after you get your clear and join x2 pfs on Tuesdays. Also remember to use the spreadsheet to find foxes more consistently to cut the pain.
I know, it was the same with Zurvan. Same morons not being able to grasp simple mechanics, same panicked wrecks, same button mashers. When I somehow managed to BARELY kill that fight the 2x week reclears were a breeze. I think the problem is that this late in the expansion the one's who haven't cleared it are Endwalker babies cutting their teeth on their first hard content and the inbreds who can't clear mechanics to save their lives.
There's only one Ruby route that is superior points-wise compared to its Indigo counterpart, Rhotano by Sunset vs Ruby by sunset. So people generally queue up Indigo for consistent points.

I think Tower of Slop is my least favorite dungeon of all time. There's formulaic and then there's that fricking dungeon.

The absolute worst dungeon in EW is The Aitascope, and it's only saved by the post-dungeon cutscene.
Aitascope has meh music, shit gear (just accessories), lame as frick bosses and it trying to be all emotional and shit with the dead scions/allies really didn't work out that well. It also just looks fricking ugly for what it is, you'd think Aetherial Sea would look more balling but nah, it's boring as hell.

No a lot of people couldn't give a frick and have fallen out with the game. Dawntrail is set to be an even worse Endwalker. I think we'll see even more discontent next expansion due to how stale it all is.
I'm hyped. So much content, including Exploratory zones coming back.

They briefly mentioned forays but didn't go into much detail and promised nothing, so don't expect it until the back half of the expansion if they even stick with it. The only singular new feature they touched upon was Cosmic Exploration and that could be anything. After Island Sanctuary though I am not holding my breath and going by how it's going to be soloable, I fully expect it will be another disappointment like IS.
All the regular stuff, new limited job but they're still updating BLU too, new lifestyle content (cosmic thing) without taking the "slot" away from Foray, Variants and maybe Criterion, deep dungeon, graphics update. And some naive hope that they'll use cloud servers for something cool instead of just overflow space on expac launch.

I don''t get this moronic argument. Trying to reinvent the wheel and going into new content forms that were abandoned every new cycle is how WoW failed. Why change a winning formula? Why does the game have to deviate from set expectations just for the sake of it?
EW patch series deviated by not having Operations series and instead introducing a worse content type with Island Expeditions. Now, we're getting Operations AND deep dungeon AND an Island successor that involves less solo content.

If you're a healer, this isn't like wow healing where you have to constantly manage your heals. You will have a lot of free time to throw damage, so try to practice that early on.

Wait, this is actually good. Thancred has been giving eerie vibes, maybe he would go off with the war mongerer, thus creating a rift between him and Urianger. Krile and Wuk are both losers who are trying to prove themselves, so they have that connection and the letter for Galuf. WoL and Erenville just want to get to the Golden City and nothing else.

In Erenville's lodestone story it also talks about him being from a Viera wood, then moving to some village named Erenville whose name he took when he left so he could remember them. Depends what you mean. The worst players are on WHM, because it's the easiest healer to play. SCH is the job which is most likely to struggle to deal with bad players/a bad situation, since it has limited resources and less brute force potency. AST is the worst designed, but plenty of people still like it.

Gilgamesh used to be the main raiding server on Aether back before cross-world PF, but a bunch of people fled to Sarg to escape all the erper's.
After 6.4 raids, I had some time left before my sub ran out and I renew for next patch. I travelled to balmung just to see if it was a bad as people said it was.

The base game you buy gets you all the expansion except the very last one. Just buy it when there's a deal or some shit. I would suggest playing the trial first up to SB. But i would also suggest to not touch this game at all.
It's the MMO model where if you want to do the new stuff you need to buy the expansion. The plus side however is that when a new expansion comes out the previous expansions come bundled together for free.

I know, it was the same with Zurvan. Same morons not being able to grasp simple mechanics, same panicked wrecks, same button mashers. The absolute worst dungeon in EW is The Aitascope, and it's only saved by the post-dungeon cutscene.
Aitascope has meh music, shit gear (just accessories), lame as frick bosses and it trying to be all emotional and shit with the dead scions/allies really didn't work out that well. It also just looks fricking ugly for what it is, you'd think Aetherial Sea would look more balling but nah, it's boring as hell.

No a lot of people couldn't give a frick and have fallen out with the game. Dawntrail is set to be an even worse Endwalker. I think we'll see even more discontent next expansion due to how stale it all is.

They briefly mentioned forays but didn't go into much detail and promised nothing, so don't expect it until the back half of the expansion if they even stick with it. The only singular new feature they touched upon was Cosmic Exploration and that could be anything. After Island Sanctuary though I am not holding my breath and going by how it's going to be soloable, I fully expect it will be another disappointment like IS.
They already confirmed the new exploratory zone will be late 7.X. So we probably won't see it till 2026, maybe late 2025 like in a December update.
All the regular stuff, new limited job but they're still updating BLU too, new lifestyle content (cosmic thing) without taking the "slot" away from Foray, Variants and maybe Criterion, deep dungeon, graphics update. And some naive hope that they'll use cloud servers for something cool instead of just overflow space on expac launch.

In the Isle of Haam opening cutscene he refers to Konoa as "your brother" when speaking to Wuk Lamat. That feels off if he's his brother too, he might have just referred to him by name there. There's of course the whole hiding his identity thing but it still feels off.
In Erenville's lodestone story it also talks about him being from a Viera wood, then moving to some village named Erenville whose name he took when he left so he could remember them. Doesn't seem to fit. Also where the frick is 'Erenville' going to fit in Brazil? That's an English (Hyuran) town name.

Depends what you mean. The worst players are on WHM, because it's the easiest healer to play. SCH is the job which is most likely to struggle to deal with bad players/a bad situation, since it has limited resources and less brute force potency. AST is the worst designed, but plenty of people still like it.
