You have to make a macro that spams the shit out of the crouch key so that when you hold it you slide boost over and over. Then you use quick melee while doing that.

You shouldn't develop a game entirely around how much of the player's time you can kill so that players don't have to worship a mechanic that reduces that time and breaks everything else. That also goes for brokem frames.

you can sell pretty much anything, even if it's just trash for like 5plat a piece. enough to finance the essentials like inventory space.
Of course you can farm plat, I'm not saying you can't.
But I still think it is a better approach to think of it as a buy to play, just to get a decent foothold.
It was a lot more fun to just throw a fricking tenner and not having to worry for the first couple of days/weeks.
It's a buy to grind less.

My first purchase was Nezha's Divine skin and by then I had too many WF slots and weapon slots. Never suffered slot shortages or lacked a proper foothold. You can survive with any weapon and frame.
I remember what it was like being new, farming plat was really easy, it was pretty overwhelming because you need thousands and thousands to buy all prime stuff but just few hundred will get you best frames and weapons
Level of frames and weapons caps out really fast. Your own level that takes much more time and investment chiefly affects just how early before frame/weapon level cap will you be able to mod them to the fullest. It isn't the kind of deal where one enters the game with everyone else already being 120+ levels ahead of you - I'd say it is kinda more in the vein of Guild Wars 1 where controlled character can be fully levelled up in a couple of days, while the rest of your time is spent on gathering abilities and modifications to those.
yes. there are too many secondary & tertiary systems that they've added over the years basically for guys like me that are already fully set up. things like focus, railjack, the different rep farms in the "open worlds", etc. no endgame either. so if you don't like the first couple minutes you won't like the game overall for the most part. last I played archwing movement was dogshit too. maybe they fixed it since. dunno.
Trannies don't like the world because they associate it with men feeling like they "fell into a trap" and reacting badly to the cool surprise they were hiding in their panties until the last minute.
The game just feels "beat" to me. Back in the early days everything was so mysterious and the game just felt better. They also added way too many random systems instead of focusing on the core elements of the game.
2015 was peak warframe for me, everything was within your reach without 100 convoluted interconnected systems designed to be grinded for thousands of hours, just equip your prime frame and weapon and go do a nightmare raid

Atlas is the punching a guy into the atmosphere warframe and if you combo your punches through the enemy hordes they get faster and faster

I hate the new corpus ship tileset so fricking much. Old one was just fine, but the new one is a cluster frick and I can't fricking stand it. They could have at least left the old one on some early star chart missions.
I played this game for like 20 hours at the beginning of this year. The movement is lots of fun and I liked the setting (which is literal fricking space ninjas it would be difficult to make that unappealing)
But the missions get so repetitive quickly. Despite missions being set on separate planets every enemy base feels exactly the same. The only interesting areas are the sort of 'free-roam' ones

Problem is the game gets confused and doesn't know wtf to do if someone is not within the legal confines of the ship in that game's state, so your whole squad is such in loading limbo until you all alt-F4.
ever since they added the xp multipliers stealth just gotten nerfed, your only option is to cheese it with abilities or kill everything with aoe now even if you go slow and methodical you will lose your chain

My first purchase was Nezha's Divine skin and by then I had too many WF slots and weapon slots. Never suffered slot shortages or lacked a proper foothold. You can survive with any weapon and frame.

I remember what it was like being new, farming plat was really easy, it was pretty overwhelming because you need thousands and thousands to buy all prime stuff but just few hundred will get you best frames and weapons

Level of frames and weapons caps out really fast. Your own level that takes much more time and investment chiefly affects just how early before frame/weapon level cap will you be able to mod them to the fullest. It isn't the kind of deal where one enters the game with everyone else already being 120+ levels ahead of you - I'd say it is kinda more in the vein of Guild Wars 1 where controlled character can be fully levelled up in a couple of days, while the rest of your time is spent on gathering abilities and modifications to those.
yes. there are too many secondary & tertiary systems that they've added over the years basically for guys like me that are already fully set up. things like focus, railjack, the different rep farms in the "open worlds", etc. no endgame either. so if you don't like the first couple minutes you won't like the game overall for the most part. last I played archwing movement was dogshit too. maybe they fixed it since. dunno.

Replace momentum with static charge and that's one of the starter warframes.
Gauss is one of the most fun warframes and as you heard from the other anon he is also really fast.
Volt's also a good warframe for going fast because he can compete with gauss in speed without any of the gimmicks gauss has, and is also one of the most fun frames.
Atlas is the punching a guy into the atmosphere warframe and if you combo your punches through the enemy hordes they get faster and faster

I played this game for like 20 hours at the beginning of this year. The movement is lots of fun and I liked the setting (which is literal fricking space ninjas it would be difficult to make that unappealing)
But the missions get so repetitive quickly. Despite missions being set on separate planets every enemy base feels exactly the same. The only interesting areas are the sort of 'free-roam' ones
Also following the missions as you unlock them is piss easy, and the only time I remotely had a challenge was when I joined some rando

Range + speed balefire was hilariously broken last I tried. Void fissure range buff would put it at 30m+ range going through walls from impact point. Haven't played since finishing New War, laughed at getting to permanently deadname lotus and then closed out.

If you wanted to piss everyone off back then, you would go inside a boarded section of your ship before mission ends, which would force you OoB since the mission-complete state removed those meshes, which allowed you to run freely around the 'loading zone'. Problem is the game gets confused and doesn't know wtf to do if someone is not within the legal confines of the ship in that game's state, so your whole squad is such in loading limbo until you all alt-F4.

I started playing back when you still had god damn stamina for sprinting and wall-running. Meleecoptering was still a thing and the most fun ever. Played on and off through the years.
Eventually I got tired of the grind and only came back to stare at female frame ass. Valkyr, Ivara, a bit of Saryn, you name it.
The Plains of Eidolon was THE big update for me but it felt shitty as hell, mostly because of all the issues it came with. Stopped playing there.
Only came back once for Khora and took some ass shots of her, never again.
