I comm the healer when I feel bad for them after I see the other party members constantly screwing up and taking avoidable damage.
I usually don’t commend who did the best - I just give it to whoever annoyed me the least.
I like setting up a Warrior/3 DPS Expert listing on reset for tomestones. Not many stay but the ones that do are the cool ones
You are socially moronic. Asking for comms is a surefire way to NOT get comms. Have you never interacted with someone on a video game until now? You get comms by doing a good job if the run is bad because of someone else or just by having a cute character and shutting up.
I give commendations as you're supposed to, for particularly good or memorable performance. A healer doing his one fricking job and keeping the party alive is not automatically worthy of free blowjobs
I don't pay attention to anything in dungeons so unless someone does something that really impresses me I usually just give a comm to whoever is left in the instance, or has a name/portrait I like.

I'm genuinely unsure if OP is baiting or actually a self-important moron yearning for a burger king crown.
I basically never commend lalafels. Unless they did something clutch and saved the day. And I never commend someone asking for a commendation. Typically I do commend the healer as I'm tanking 99% of the time though.
If you want mentor then tank. If you specifically are trying to farm commendations, spam low level guildhests. They are fast and people almost always commend the tank.
