If you have these symptoms, go to a doctor and find out if you might have a pilonidal cyst. If you ignore it like I did, eventually it will get inflamed and you will experience one of the worst pains imaginable, like a knife jamming into your pelvic nerves. If it does get inflamed, you have to wait until it gets very painful and very swollen before they can drain it. Eventually, you will need a surgery to remove the cyst.

If you have these symptoms, go to a doctor and find out if you might have a pilonidal cyst. If you ignore it like I did, eventually it will get inflamed and you will experience one of the worst pains imaginable, like a knife jamming into your pelvic nerves. If it does get inflamed, you have to wait until it gets very painful and very swollen before they can drain it. Eventually, you will need a surgery to remove the cyst.

My right knee becomes unbearable after 30 minutes at the desk, i'm only 35 and have to stand up and walk around for a few minutes before I can continue.

So I had back pain for a long time, and getting a Herman Miller Embody solved that. But then I started getting ass pain after a while. I ended up getting a thick-ass cushion and that solved that problem. Don't get the Purple shit, those gel seat things, they are god awful. You can see my fatass ass cushion pretty well in this picture. Ignore the cat.
