eh pc and console game userbase is mostly different. there's some overlapping but not that much in overall.
like if you're normal family guy. you most likely just want console in living room for game entertainment. it's simple and whole family can easily access it and play games
then buy a raspberry or something like that, not a fricking 500€ console with one game

There is now an acknowledgement by both Sony and Xbox that there is no future in exclusivity and that going forward Xbox and Playstation "consoles" are just going to be a cheap gaming PC you can buy if you're a casual. There will eventually be a Playstation storefront on PC, Sony might even buy CDProjekt just for GOG.
