I really liked the game. I am surprised the DLC took closer to 2 years than to just 1, but I welcome it regardless. I would have preferred it though if it was bundled as part of some definitive edition though, since that would give them the chance to make adjustments like maybe add in co-op once more. Like, they could still do some patch like that, but I feel it is less likely at this point..

I dropped this game right after the liquid Sephiroth fight, and I had been pushing myself to even get that far. What a boring game. Why would anyone want 20 more hours of this nipslop? Tales of games have been terrible for so long now. This game's higher budget went into the environments and nothing else.
Even if it was the best game ever, FF7Rebirth would take more attention since that is a full game and this is DLC, so I don't really see what your getting at.
And the new character seems to be another "muh ebin OC" fanfiction shit like Ludger.
I liked Arise, but don't think I'll be playing this. Maybe in a few years, if I decide to replay the main game.

Dude, the girls were fine but i couldn't stand the whole "every enemy has power armor" bullshit so half of your artes were pretty much unusable.
The artes are usable. You just need to know when it is safe to use them since you can't rely on hitstun to save you.
