Even in season 3 there was precalculated most optimal builds.
Game is solved. Go to op.gg and see what works and examine skill orders and build orders to understand why malphite at level 6 and with hal an item can 100 to 0 any champion but trynd.

Real Fiora was deleted from the game and replaced by an imposter. If you cannot bait Kayle ult or slap a soloq Kled regardless of his transform and escapes thats just a skill issue.

if you are not playing meta you are handicapping yourself and your team.
Most builds are hilariously godawful in modern metas. You unironically see zerks outside the 800 elo range now. Buying that item used to be a reportable offense in my time and I constantly see morons die to 'five seconds of CC' with 'no counterplay' as if the 35% attack spead gave them any meaningful extra autoattacks over the duration of the fight, compared to mercs baseline of an extra 2 seconds of not being CCd plus an extra 40 seconds of not being dead.

The champs that rush boots into mythic item with four empty inventory slots? Theyd unironically be better off with boots1 and a pair of daggers.
finishing zerks is 500g for 23% attack speed and 20 move speed. its an incredible item to rush early game due to its cost efficiency. boots are 300g for 25 move speed and daggers are 300g for 12% attack speed. so you are paying 500g for (240 + 600)g worth of stats by completing ur boots, and on champions that can abuse these stats this is potentially an incredible power spike with a cost floor of ONLY 1100g.

it has been like this for ages because Riot's balancing and overall game design is focused on only increasing stats one-dimensionally in a very "fun size" way, meaning if they ever accidentally or purposefully as they often do, step out of their strict guidelines the game breaks itself in half.
