the tombs are constructed in exactly the same fashion as Chalice Dungeons insofar as being template rooms stitched together at hard right angles, I don't think it's that remote possibility to hope for
More armor variety, more armor styles instead of just removing the cape or hood. More armor sets or parts that give bonus stats like increased crit rate, can slightly jump higher, etc.

a SotFS type DLC that cuts back a lot of the copy-paste crap and replaces it with actual content would do wonders
