    >How would na'vi get along with other kinds of elves?
Well enough with most wood elves though they’d probably both be quite territorial
Poorly with dark elves and high elves
    >What about other fantasy creatures?
Well they can tame their equivalents of dragons and sea monsters but are also in danger from the wild ones so mixed probably

    >Large omnivores with super high metabolism, needs to hunt around the clock to feed their tribes with flesh.

    >isolationists that don't engage in trade or exploration.

    >restricted knowledge and education

    >Elitist society where few members of the chieftain knows about medicine and technology, while the rest exists in ignorance and bliss.

They would get along poorly with elves, they could probably tolerate each other, but the fact that the Blue men would need to shoot every animal for miles around would cause tension.

omnivores with super high metabolism, needs to hunt around the clock to feed their tribes with flesh.
Eywa has taught the na'vi how to hunt sustainably. They don’t threaten their ecosystem

that don't engage in trade or exploration.
Some na'vi tribes mentioned in the lore are traders, windtraders are a clan that will appear in avatar 3

      knowledge and education
They're taught everything they need including ancient traditions and lore from a young age

society where few members of the chieftain knows about medicine and technology, while the rest exists in ignorance and bliss.
That's just division of labor, some na'vi are better at certain things and work with that

Because they have issue providing enough for the people on earth. Earth's own biosphere was ruined by that point in the film.
They are going to space to get stuff to improve quality of life on earth. (Presumably by making biodomes more efficient or something).
Increased supply of unbobtainum means lower costs or everything that involves unobtainum, which is everything since it's a room temp super-conductor.
More super-conductor->more power efficiency ->better able to fix things.

It's still basically like lithium mines in African rain forests used to make electric cars.

Unobtanium was synthesizable on Earth. The company just kept blocking the synthesis research because the monopoly gave them more power over everyone else.
