There's only 4 pokemon with Sharpness. Gallade is the only oldmon to gets it and that's because Gallade only had 1 ability and 1 hidden ability. No idea why Ceruledge didn't since it also only has 1 ability and 1 hidden ability, maybe it will get it in Gen 10. Gamefreak really does not like going back to change oldmons that much. For Gen 9, the only oldmons are Gallade, Shiftry and the Piplup line got a changed ability.
If the Robot Masters got Sharpness and Mega Launcher I wouldn't complain, but I'd still be using Flash Fire. Baiting out a fire move with Scizor and then getting a boosted Bitter Blade is too damn satisfying.
I'm pissed about it since i got a chance to try it with sharpness with >RR and it makes a world of difference. Imagine running it with bulk up bitter blade/shadow claw

Intrepid Sword would make more sense

It's really fricking shitty of GF to actually make his signature move get boosted by Sharpness but it doesn't actually get it
