It was pretty good. The story revolved around Erika (represented by a demanding model Madoka was going to do an ad with) and Koiking (represented by Koide, the frickup ADventure guy from episode 1 and 2), with the big Pokemon parallel being Koide learning to stop getting others to do his jobs for him and getting shit done himself, "evolving into a Gyarados". They really did a good job with Koide's portrayal, you seriously wanted to slap that guy after the dozenth time he fricked something up or embarrassed the others.
Madoka was also working with Meguro on this assignment, so if you like Hirano, she had a pretty major role in the episode too.
