For one, Hel isnt associated with life, so it doesnt really make sense for xernias the life pokemon to be a part of it. the french tricolor and the 7 color ranbow arent nearly the same (nor any other color combination that could represent the rainbow, white isnt in it) . going from life=x=mortal and death=y=godly doesnt make sense either in the norse pantheon As Gods in the norse pantheon can die as well and go to hell, but otherwise they live in Asgard. And asgard's association with dead is specifically only for the dead mortals who die in battle who Odin takes for his own army. The hight of the ygdrasil tree is usually associated with an eagle, and the roots with a nawing serpant.
The associations you put out are all over the place in norse myth and dont correlate enough to really read at all and just comes off as stretching WAY to far for those conections to exists. And if they even were true, id say the designers where extremely sloppy. Im pretty familiar with Norse mythology, read through the poetic eddas, prose eddas, and a number of myths like volsunga.

My guess would be that Rotom Dex was planned for XY or Z but they didn't have time for it with the anniversary coming so they moved it to SM. SM Rotom Dex also lacked a lot of features that came in USUM. The Hoenn map maybe is a showcase of how it would look if it made into XY, then into ORAS.
