Sounds like it belongs in Xenoblade or Kindgom Hearts, but nice.
This is where I always save my Sinnoh games when I'm done with the file, just my favorite town bgm.
My homie
My giga homie, you just took me back to when I was playing this shit religiously at 14 during my family's house move. Kept me grounded because my autism didn't let me handle the change well.
Now I'll post 3:
Already said why I'm attached to this game's bgm, but I think this is one of the best in the game.
This track was so comforting to me on long car rides as a kid, I would sit with some crappy 2001 headphones and a full pack of AAs just to fall asleep within an hour.
It's fricking criminal that you only hear this track from fodder and never get more than a minute into it before the battle's over.
>Still the best versions of the series main theme to this day
BW version so good they even used it for a section of Pika vs Zard at the Masters 8 in the anime
I refuse to listen to it because it will make replaying the game feel less magical.
But reading the fricking titles gives me goosebumps.
The entire playlist classifies.
I'm sure it's well known at this point, but it still blows me away. It's as if the composer for this typing edutainment game was briefly possessed by the spirit of Tim Follin
>A fellow Ultra Beast theme enjoyer
Not everyone's taste but I love how unearthy and chaotic this track is. For some reason it evokes David Bowie's industrial era to me. And this https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yoAULhTGIL8 reminds me of Hallo Spaceboy - I love Ultra Necrozma theme, but the "incomplete" version has its charm, the violence and chaos of a creature in pain longing to be complete
I know there's people who don't like Toby Fox for whatever reason, but he knows how to make some good fricking music.I hope he gets to do one more track for the final DLC to wrap up the Area Zero storyline but I'm not getting my hopes up.
>I know there's people who don't like Toby Fox for whatever reason
weebs seethe at westerners making contributions to the franchise > REEEEEEE IT SHOULD BE MEEEEEEE
Nice job my guy. Maybe pay attention first. There's more people than just you who actually pay attention to the composers.
I do think it's a bit sad everyone jumps on the Toby Fox bandwagon for the Area Zero music. Sure he composed all the motifs used, but aside from the lab battle they were all mainly arranged by Go Ichinose and he did a fantastic job. His recent output can be hit or miss for me personally, but I for these he knocked it out of the park, so he deserves some credit.
The opening is next level. RSE's soundtrack was so good

One of my favorite tracks in games entirely.
These two themes in particular are the peak of Pokemon music
based HoennGOD
Penny's Theme.
FRICK YEAAAAAAAAAHHH
dude
?si=FEceZrOaLOUQVweI
This song is underrated as frick and I legitimately have no idea why, it's fantastic.
?si=x-v_foooyEnEkbTY
Based. Really gives you that "shit, this is it" feel. The dungeon itself is kino as well. Top ten in the series for sure.
I'll start the thread then I guess
static sound the song
I bet you like Gen 8's Gym Theme.
No, but that doesn't mean those aren't static sounds.
This hits surprisingly hard for 8-bit. Built for a metal cover
Sounds like it belongs in Xenoblade or Kindgom Hearts, but nice.

that tornado's carrying a ca- oh shit wrong franchise
but completely unironically
BEHOLD: The theme of the Pokemon game that never was
/thread. Nothing here even compares.

>One minute of shitty ass noises
Worst title theme by far

this and the paradox battle theme are the only good (toppest of top tiers) tracks in those games.

frick gachaslop but this theme is kino
oh no question

There’s just something so heroic about it. It’s tense yet motivational.

>Thread is almost entirely gen 3-5 music
Don't even try posting kinohump producing nu-gen music, there is none
step aside mainline shitters, its time for Primal Dialga's dungeon's second part's theme
so good
My homie
I don't know if anyone has posted it but I love it.
Not just my favorite Pokemon song, one of my favorite pieces of music ever.
He looks like he has a Lucario underneath.
home...
I sometimes listen to this to wind down:

Omega underrated
excellent taste
A very cozy piece that most probably haven't heard before.

Still the best versions of the series main theme to this day
Also why did they made a bridge theme so imposing?
>Still the best versions of the series main theme to this day
BW version so good they even used it for a section of Pika vs Zard at the Masters 8 in the anime
Now I'm even more impressed at BW OST legacy
I'm so pissed this exact version of this theme never made it into the game
Talking about tracks that didn't make it to the final game. I'm pissed about this one
Damn, that brings back memories. Even as a kid I remember being dissapointed this theme was nowhere to be seen in the game.
Wow you guys posted all the TRASH.
But here is some good shit that makes you dance.

One of the best songs in the game. It's a shame you barely get to hear it.
I refuse to listen to it because it will make replaying the game feel less magical.

The entire playlist classifies.
for me it's this wicked version of the battle factory that seemingly just is not in the game
?si=BGgYHTVeA1WiV9Zo
>that seemingly just is not in the game
???
yeah, the one in the game sounds like this instead:
?si=WiKmxgyxQc-zt531
noticeably different.
>missing instruments
>ear grating off key notes
yeah thank frick it isnt in the game
>more missing instruments
the one upload closest to the actual game is https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DEFtWdW7-Ag and even this is ever so slightly off pitch
>implying the missing instruments are a problem
what if i actually wanna hear the drums and that sublime bassline, huh punk? you ever think of that?
sorry about your deafness, anon. everything is perfectly listenable in the complete song.
I'm sure it's well known at this point, but it still blows me away. It's as if the composer for this typing edutainment game was briefly possessed by the spirit of Tim Follin
Is there any way to emulate this on 3DS without the required hardware?
I wanna try it for the meme. Unsure if I should buy a copy for the keyboard and if it even works on 3DS.
ONE
TWENTY-ONE GUNS
I'm glad I wasn't the only one that thought this.
For me, it's this one.

Finally finding Empoleon in this game felt so good.

Underrated ones:
those first two are not underrated at all
I'm a cliche mother fricker, and I'm sure these have already been posted. But I don't care, they're popular for a reason
>A fellow Ultra Beast theme enjoyer
Not everyone's taste but I love how unearthy and chaotic this track is. For some reason it evokes David Bowie's industrial era to me. God I had forgotten how goated gen 7 OST was
I actually enjoy the Necrozma battle thenme much more than the Ultra Necrozma theme. Masuda is simply unrivalled when it comes to battle themes.
This theme is one of the best tracks on Gen VI and I'm tired of pretending it's not
i unironically listen to this all the time, few pieces of music capture such an oppressive, menacing aura.
?si=wfDEQo3DGDPulOyZ
inb4 >bdsp version, i like the mixing more
The power https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=r2BWx32tXXo
I'm probably the only one who loves the absolute frick out of this theme https://youtu.be/kgPklhAhSYU?si=RhBhi6Vb9VMAYsGQ
gen 7 sucks overall but they mostly nailed it with the music
Funny, all these are by Kageyama. I really like this style of composition. Dunno what to call it but it feels very chuuni!

Go Ichinose made this you fricking idiot Black person. God I hate this moronic fanbase so much.
Nevermind, I thought this was the Area Zero wild Pokémon battle theme, not the AI Professor theme.
Nice job my guy. Maybe pay attention first. There's more people than just you who actually pay attention to the composers.
