>pedophile
id be willing to gamble $100 that hes a linux user too.
Nahida is 500+ years old, dude
>uhhhh it's not a child it's actually 10000000 years old and just LOOKS exactly like a human child, so it's not pedophilia!
why are pedos always so scared to admit their fetish and come up with moronic cope like this that nobody ever buys
SIS CALM DOWN! Why do trans ladies always hate e-girlcons?
Nobody, and I mean nobody, has any tolerance for any fetish that they don't have themselves. homosexuals even hate normal people for being normal and use terms like "cis" and "het" as slurs. Every different type of pervert is its own gang engaged in an online turf war with every other type of pervert.

okay
uoh
It's an F15 TUF ASUS
Nice
Looks like crap.
Eh sure
Just ignore the cable gore, the feet massager and the stand thing for the case
That said, I should probably clean the windows
Sweet. Stats on it? How cool does it run?
4090/12700k/32GB 3600MT DDR4
Being under the desk, plus in a very small room with a tiny ass window and barely any free wall don't give the two radiators (top 360mm, side 280mm) enough fresh air to cool it properly, but such is life. Idle temps are ~30C GPU, ~48C CPU and ~35C the coolant, with fans running as silent as possible. No idea about room temp, I don't really check it
When playing demanding stuff, GPU usually stays around 60C, CPU 70-80C and coolant highest I've seen it go was about 45C, with room temp reaching about ~33C
Kinda want to invest in a MoRa once I move to a different place, but time will tell
>4090
Damn son. What do you do with that thing. What kind of display? What kind fo power supply. I'm surprised you don't have at least 64GB of ram.
>I'm surprised you don't have at least 64GB of ram.
Gaemes dont even properly use that much. No point in having hat much unless you are doing things like AI shit, or video rendering.
Literally just gaming, never fell for the AI meme. Display I have a 42" C2, and I don't think I'll ever be able to go back, both for the size and the oled panel. PSU it's just a 1000W Corsair, nothing fancy. I don't see 64GB of RAM being useful in gaming anytime soon, right now most I've seen my system using was about 22GB I think? So I'll probably still use 32GB even when I upgrade CPU, Mobo and Ram either next year or the one after depending how things go, was thinking about getting an x3d CPU next
>42" C2
Nice. Making the most of that card for gaming for sure then. Not a cheap setup.
I'm rocking an 83" C1, but only for 4ks and Blu-ray.
this looks good, and i usually hate anything with lights and flashy things.
I have a decent gaming PC, I've always built in the past but I paid $1400 and was happy to not have to frick with everything and have it all work and fit right. I never ever play on it though. I sometimes stream VR games to my Quest 2 but even then 99% of my time playing quest games I play native instead of streaming. I use my Steam Deck and quest 2 daily, I use my gaming PC every couple months when I can't beat an RTS level on my deck and want to go autismo on it
my PC is 10 years old and i'm conficted on if it's even worth building a new one. There's quite a few games that i've wanted to play since I missed out on the later half of the decade, but on the other hand everything released now appears to be unoptimized UE slop that barely warrants the upgrade.
New games are shit don't even bother. Just play old games you love until you get a new hobby. If you're hobby shopping I'd highly recommend golf. It's based as frick and almost no blacks.
I didn't feel the amount of recent gaming I did nowadays warranted a complete upgrade, so I just bought a PS5 for the occasional new game, and kept my Skylake/GTX970 rig as is for emulation. The only thing it doesn't do well is PS3, but I have a jailbroken console loaded with games somewhere in storage for that.
Hey my case but I use red
I don't really like RGB.
I would've taken the O11 over the Y90 but looks good bro
And here's the other side
Unironic rate? Built this a week ago. Specs:
>i5-13600k
>RTX 4090
>32GB DDR5 (7200mhz)
>2TB internal SSD (R/W speed 7GB/s)
Sweet specs man
How's temps? That's the H5 Flow yeah? I liked the angled fan on the bottom in that case
CPU and GPU temp both seem to max out around 60C.
>That's the H5 Flow yeah? I liked the angled fan on the bottom in that case
It is yeah. You used to have one? Why'd you get rid of it?
Nah never owned one. Been using ITX for ages now. I just liked the idea a lot
>Air Cooler for a 13th gen processor
are you mad?
>Fell for the aio meme
big block heatsink fans like that (especially noctua) are better than like everything up to high-high end AIOslop
works on my machine
wouldn't have it any other way.
That's pretty much 10/10 specs for gaming. I'd change that colored ram out, and tidy up the cables and say you're good to go.
>nobody has Choco fans
Sad.
>and tidy up the cables
Yeah, the 4090 cable situation sort of caught me by surprise. I'll tidy them up eventually.
what is the point of sound cards in 2024?
For 99.9% of people, not much. The "onboard mobo sound cards are all garbage" meme hasn't really been true for like 15 years. I use an external DAC/AMP myself, but that's to get a handy volume knob and it also acts as an extension cable for my headphones.
It's night and day difference with good speakers/stereo. Also motherboards are starting to discontinue optical outs, which is the best way to get audio to your nice stereo, and sound cards have them.
Unless you buy the cheapest, most dogshit mobo, onboard chips with very good components, specs and shielding have existed for a long time now. If you just need optical there are dongles for like $15-20.
No motherboard can compete with an AE-7, anon.
Glass cases are stupid.
how moron proof is correctly wiring up a pc? looking to build one soonish.
Super easy
They're keyed so it's hard to frick it up
Just don't mix up power supply cables with other power supplies if you go modular
modern PC building is pretty much just legos, everything is standardized sizes/shapes and there are sites like PC Part Picker that will warn you if a part in your list is incompatible with other parts
the only remotely hard thing to hook up is the connectors for power/reset switches and stuff, but that's only because the wires are so goddamn tiny and hard to finesse into just the right spot on the tiny pins
>wiring up
easy
>having proper cable management
can't do it
>zen 5 and blackedwell late 2024/ early 2025
It's over.
Literally all I need
Trying to build this pc
That looks really, really nice. Is that a custom case or are they sold like that? I'm not going to build a new PC any time soon, I just finished turning my Fractal Node 804 home server box into a proper desktop by throwing a 4070 TI super into it, but I really like wood mixed with tech.
sold like that, I have one myself but with a different wood finish. Fractal Design North it's called.
normalgays have arrived
which case would you guys recommend ? ATX, micro ATX or mini ITX ? I am concerned about the cooling too as I live in a region where temps could go beyond 100°F.
Micro or Mini. You're never going to use most the ATX board.
I'm a complete noob to PC building but isn't a bigger case better for maintaining better temperatures as I can fit more fans?
more fans doesn't always mean better temps, in fact, filling every fan slot on your case can actually give you worse temps
it's about positive and negative pressure
>positive and negative pressure
oh, no wonder my current PC, to which I added extra fans, collected dust so often. I should take care of that next time. thanks anon, I'm going with a micro case.
What's your budget?
around $1500 to 2000
mATX. It's over 100f here now and it's fine.
liquid or air cooled?
I'm using an AIO but it probably doesn't matter. My case is full mesh.
thats promising. how often do you have to clean the meshes/filters?
I haven't cleaned it in a year, it's not on the ground.
Temps before replacing the ILM.
Temps with a replaced ILM.
Why does opening up Palworld want to destroy my computer?
Have you replaced your ILM? They're about $10 and easy enough to do unless you're moronic. The stock ILM on 1700 socket is complete shit, it causes bending on the CPU. If you look at the 2 images I posted it's a pretty drastic change.
>troony colors
why?
I'm probably one of the only 4090 owners in the world to have my PC sitting beneath my desk with no tempered glass panel or LEDs or anything
>his PC doesn't have support functions for aquatic lifeforms which also duals as a cooling element
ngmi
But then where does everything else go?
>inb4 the aquatic life are the PC parts
I can make computers survive aquatic conditions
opinions on the lian li 216? anybody using it?
It's pretty fine. I'd have gotten something with a different form if I'd had the space, but it's good for what it is.
The last time I built a PC was almost a decade ago and it was fun as shit. Is shopping for pc parts possible again or are there still shortages?
You have to buy everything online, Best Buy is only going to stock the lowest tier chinaslop for a boomer like you
Oh yeah that's what I meant. I remember using pcpartpicker and newegg/amazon. I can't even imagine going to BB, they probably have maybe 10 PC components in total and it would be stuff like a gen4 motherboard and ram that doesn't even plug into it.
>newegg
Still usable if you know what you're looking for but there's a significant amount of chink hardware being shilled covertly, as in, they make a great effort to hide the fact that their shit came from Chinkland
I built this bad boy back in 2019 or 2020. It was as covid shit was ramping up. I'm planning on building a brand new one as soon as the gpu shit levels out.
>gpu shit levels out.
not anytime soon then
I should've been clearer. I meant, as soon as gpu shit levels out or when summer rolls around since that's about when more demanding games I'm looking forward to start releasing. Whichever comes first.
still not a good idea with the current gen GPUs being awful and next gen GPUs being on the horizon.
>next gen GPUs being on the horizon
That's the same reason I stuck a 1660ti in my current build instead of a 2070 like I had originally planned. At some point I'm just going to have to shit or get off the pot.
I'd hold out a bit longer to see if intel pulls a miracle with their battlemage or celestial cards or to see if AMD's claims of their next cards rivaling high end Nvidia at 50% lesser price are true.
I have a 1660ti and want to build a second PC and it's frustrating because there's nothing new that I want to play that would justify spending the ridiculous amount of money they're asking for new cards. But old cards are also so inflated in price that I can't justify spending the money on an outdated card to stick in a secondary PC either.
That's exactly how it is. Anything I buy would be a massive upgrade, but the price to performance keeps me from actually buying.
I also have a 1660TI, based card. I see no reason to upgrade yet.
Economy is collapsing, don't buy right now. Wait for things to get so bad, GPU start being sold at reasonable prices again. My best estimate, late summer 2024 or Autumn 2024.
It helps that most new games released are ESG propaganda shit filled with denuvo. Makes it so easy not to fomo into new cards when modern games are mostly complete shit.
>when modern games are mostly complete shit.
I gave up on gamers having a bottom barrel standard. homosexuals will buy slop, own nothing AND be happy. While the rest of us are dragged down into the abyss with them. COD still breaks records. Bad low effort games with microtransation out the ass still break records. Advertising to sell bad games still works instead of letting game quality sell itself.
I will Own nothing and Be miserably, because there were 20other fricks that couldn't help themselves. Money talks.
>that reflection
Subtle.
sauce on the reflection

Literal NPC build. Are you a troony or a redditor?
>15 fans from what I can see
Jesus, anon. I do like the look of it. Clean and fun. Reminds me of chuck e cheese when I was a kid.
Built 2 months before Lian-Li came out with the reverse UNI SL Infini or whatever fans so half show their logo.
1 year before they made the LCD ones (for only 50% more)
I pretty much have the LEDs off all the time though on everything
>7800x3d
>32gb 6000mhz cl30
>4090
it just works
>front 200mm fans pressed against glass
this is really bad
Nice.
I am fricking stupid.
A 4070 ia better than a PS5?
With an I7 and, I don't know, 32GB of memory.(?)
Can this run recent games at least at 1440p/60?
And emulators like Switch and PS2 in 1440p?
Yes.
Where is the PSU? Behind the motherboard? Unique setup, anon.
Nice, thanks!
The case is a Thermaltake Take View 51 Snow.
The PSU sits on the other side of the case on the other side of the motherboard, it is also hidden by the one side that is a metal side. (With grates / holes for airflow)
we laughed at you on Ganker for a reason OP.
I went all in on the noctua poop fans, RGB be damned
i7 12700K and 3090 FTW3, 32GB DDR4 don't feel like upgrading to DDR5 yet
Looks good anon. Follow your own path.
Stock fan with the side of the case off is all you have ever needed.
yea and a leaf blower to blow off the dust when it accumulates
I wash my PC with distilled water. It works fine.
I found a picture of my 2014 build. Too bad I couldn't find one for my 2010 build, where I had a Dell Desktop, on a big box, in an emtpy room with no furniture and two wall scrolls of Rei and Asuka.
pick just ONE color of LED and make it combine with your damn case.
for frick sakes, all this looks like a homosexual parade.
This is my 2021 build. Will post another pic cause this one's blurry.
>all those 5.25s
Based archiver.
>all those 5.25s
Ran out of memory space, believe it or not. Now I have to upgrade my entire inventory to 4TB hard drives, but I've been reluctant cause of their high failures rates and slow load times. Ideally, I would have 6 4TB WD Black hard drives and 2 m.2 drives for OS + my main 2 online games.
>tards unironically putting their towers on their desks so they can waste half their usable desk space to see their troony LEDs instead of properly out of the way on the floor
I put it on a desk so it makes it easy while vacuuming the floor everyday.
>putting your computer on the floor and increasing dust
why
>waste half their usable desk space
That's why you get a long desk, goofy.
Pls no bully
definitely not enough RGB
100% Gay
But I hear that's a thing you kids have going. Back in my day, you got beaten straight.
>literal troony rig
Disgusting
Who buys a fish tank and doesn't fill it with fish?
they literally mention liter capacity in the case specs.
I kind of regret not putting RGB inside my case
Now I can't see shit inside
