>As the blast that came in destroying the original timeline Kris managed to survive by time traveling with celebi
>This left her in a sort of limbo unable to return to any period of time in her dimension
I believe she's somewhere out there and will come back one day.

>The time travel theory of timetravelgays is just a result of their imagination trying to justify the cause as time travel, inadvertently making them imaginationgays as well
Paradox? I think they're like Ultra Beasts. From other dimensions and timelines
Paradox is also just a result of Paradoxgays's imagination pinning the cause and reason behind events as a paradox.
Everything in relation to Gen 9 is a result of imagination. Everyone is a Imaginationgay by default.
You're so irritating. Give another theory
Each time someone willingly time-travel, they meet Kris for a short time, talk with her, ask why is she here, etc... before going in their respective destination.
Mew and Mewtwo’s story made more sense than Celebi’s, gen 2 is where they stopped caring about the lore.
Hard disagree. Gen 2 felt more soulful and mystical but it really didn't go anywhere with it I guess but it still had a way better atmosphere. Plus to my understanding the gen 2 games were the definitive Pokemon games from the original series. It was meant to be the final instalment after all
>It was meant to be the final instalment after all
It’s insane how many people still believe this.
Great refutation, moron.
Google it, homosexual.
>didn't go anywhere with it I guess but it still had a way better atmosphere
That’s what I mean, Gen 1 felt more like a solid science fiction story that could stand on its own, 2 added atmosphere and mythos which helped make the world feel more lively but I think Gen 1s story is strong enough to stand on its own. Even Kanto itself feels like it could take place literally anywhere geographically because there’s no shrines or pagodas like in Johto, which immediately give off the Japan-vibe.
Genwun has a gritty and greasy feel to it. Especially with Team Rocket being a mafia that kills Pokemon
This is true. It did have a slightly darker tone to it.
>Selling slowpoke tails before it was an okay thing apparently
>Killing cubones mom
>Literal gangsters taking over whole cities
>Didn't they have whips as well?
I still miss slot machines, it’s removal from the USA version of HGSS was the cotton that broke the Black person’s back
All of Lavender Town too
I support this theory, although I am not entirely sold on the destroyed timeline part. I think it's been frozen because Celebi is trying to prevent something bad associated with the GS Ball, which was sent from the future via the News Machine (this part is not a theory).
Legends Celebi will feature Kris as a protagonist in the era leading to the destruction of Brass Tower. The lack of abilities will make it easier to swallow that the game is set in the GB/C timeline. The main theme will be people needing Pokemon by their side to survive, and Pokemon being lonely without people.
Even if they go the LetsGO route I would love to see all 3 Johto protagonists in it with Kris being a mysterious hooded character who reveals herself at the end with a celebi she'd be an anomaly and not from that world originally since Ethan and Lyra would be the main pseudo rivals of the game. I'm genuinely surprised they never gave us LetsGo sequels when the LGPE basically had the perfect build up. To my understanding the games were a way to get the let's go audience into the mainline games and a sequel that added what the originals did like held items and breeding would have been cool. Also I just really love the art style of let's go
