I love the idea but I can't help but see the mud clouds as eyebrows and it makes it look like it's constantly doing this face. If the Moon Circle was higher on its head I think it'd work though.
Regular. Blood Moon is basically forced to run Safety Goggles if it doesn't want to be Amoongus bait under TR, which you're going to be setting up 80% of the time for either Ursaluna. Without a boosting item, however, the damage just isn't there for Blood Moon. Plus, you can Facade every turn with regular; if you Blood Moon into a Protect it still goes on cooldown.
Having to dance around Amongus is such a nonissue compared to having to waste a turn to activate guts (something everyone knows how to exploit), sacrificing important HP to your own ability and being forced to either hit one opponent at a time or using the unwieldy earthquake.
Blood moon isn't a top 5 mon for nothing; nobody likes guts.
