Yeah it just feels too slow for the fighting games i play
Why are you using an analogue stick for fighting games? Get a Brook UFB and build a stick, it’s easy.
my friends body everyone they even look at in smash and they use pro controllers
Ah, it’s smash, I see.
I think some pro controllers have different tension on right and left sticks. Pro Con is genuinely an unreliable controller all around. I’ve heard, the production was outsourced to Hori, so it’s not a true first party peripheral.
I LOVE this controller I used it for switch and all my pc games, had it for 3 years but It just started drifting a few months ago unfortunately. while 3 years is a pretty decent lifespan, pretty bummed I'm going to have to buy another one.
Buy the 8bitdo adapter and use an xbox/playstation controller.
I was just thinking about how I'd still rather use a PS$ controller. just ordered one. the above anons' advice will suffice until it gets delivered
I play mainly rpgs with the thing but just played gunvolt an hour ago and it works fine with action games.
Nah the sticks in the Pro Controller are fine, the issue I have with the controller is the shitty dpad
you're just wrong bro
except for eventually stick drifting they're both fine, this controller is literally perfect. It feels amazing in my hands, has great battery life, looks nice. the only real issue thats not a defect is lack of analog triggers.
aside from the terrible d-pad it works great and I use it for most PC games
it just sucks that most games don't have an option to swap on-screen button placement pictures
MH Rise does and I think it's one of the only ones even among games that have Switch ports
I never saw this as a problem, I don't think anyone except mb you need to actually LOOK at the controller to press a button lmao, everybody knows xbox button placement so you just have it in your head, I find it more confusing if a game on pc gives me the choice to have the switch buttons while I'm not playing on my switch
>swap on-screen button placement pictures
?
do you guys literally look at the controller to see where the buttons are? if you've been playing games for a while how is it not all in your head by now?
like if you are emulating a playstation game is it impossible for you to play it with any controller other than a playstation?
Project Diva Mega Mix+ gives you that option, but I play that game with an Xbox Series X/S controller and use the PlayStation icons
It's not hard to get accustomed to other controller prompts
