you wont need tips, just get all that juice exp for yourself
Soloing is actually easy if you use consumables and top gear. Easiest run was monk for me.

full rest after each encounter, always have ranged weapon to kite, don't get surrounded, mind the traps

Solo BG1 with the XP cap off and then import into BG2. Otherwise, what are you even doing with your life?

Imo, it's the only way. You start out alone in the woods at level 1 and earn everything yourself from the ground up.
I don't think it's possible since game expects you to care about their moronic companions and the game is centered around finding your sister

Playing solo is just less fun because you have less stuff to play with and so many items go to waste.
While personally I enjoy soloing from time to time, this is a very good point. It's a different style with pros and cons, and those are big cons.
The main good thing about solo is that you can spend way more time without pausing without losing much control

Some kind of fighter/mage. All the players who do this use berserker and then dual class into a mage.
F/M/T is more common to solo with because XP isn't a problem and you can do everything.
F/m/t is pure cheese and only sounds cool when you are 12. When you are a man, you should solo as a single class human martial.

F/M/T is actually pretty hard to solo with, imo. It's like running a 3-man party that can only act once per round, which hurts a lot. With a single or dual class you at least benefit from completely broken exp gain that gets you earlier HLAs and much better HP totals and THAC0. Doors can be bashed, magical traps can be tanked or absorbed with magic resistance and a dual class will get higher level spells sooner.
Just dual-wield crom faeyr and the flail of ages.
Cloak of the Sewers is a godlike item that enables classless 18/00 door bashing, free healing and magic immunity. Everything you could ever want, and it's accessible right from the start as soon as you can clear the first part of the sewers.
This game is extremely easy, dont understand how someone can have difficulties with it.

>9 Con
>18 Int
>3 Wis

Yeah, kinda, mostly because low CON.
You may as well just cheat your stats if you're bent on playing a solo character. It's certainly not going to save you from the difficulty of running a solo character anyway.
Or you can just download an auto roller and let it go for awhile until you get an acceptably good roll.
Can Imoen multiclass in BG1? I was thinking of doing a sibling run and split the loots with the two taking different classes.
She can be dual classed to Mage, but her WIS and STR are too low to go Fighter or Cleric even with tomes.

Unless you know the game in and out, you're going to get stuck and filtered at some point. This is not really a solo game, and people who build successful solo characters know what to expect from most, if not all, of the encounters.
