how often are you updating the nightly builds? it's really not that often at all a nightly update fricks the save states, even then it's really not a big deal just to manually save lel

oddly some of those phoenix games movies are pretty hard to emulate, the menus run at like 2FPS and the movies stutter heavily.
Steambot Chronicles until recently was nearly impossible to emulate.
Baldurs Gate Dark Alliance and Sly 2 from my experience.
Steam Deck cant handle Sly 2, and not even my high end gaming PC could manage Dark Alliance without it completley shitting itself by the third act. It dipped as low as 22 fps even in software mode!
if OP actually used PCSX2 instead of being a shitposting schizo he would have used this game as an example of PCSX2 being an inferior emulator compared to Dolphin, which runs Dark Alliance without any issues.
Also wanted to add GTA Liberty City Stories as another example.
Steam Deck struggled to run that game too. My PC ran it nearly flawlessly, save for very minor fps dips in a few specific dense parts of the map.
Jak & Daxter 1 and The Getaway games were the last ones that I had to mess around with before I could get them to work without graphical glitches or massive slowdowns
nowadays PS2 games can be played on ten year old hardware, but to answer your question: probably Gran Turismo 4 or GoW2 performance-wise. I don't know if you were asking something else.

booted up xemu (which is probably my favourite emulator ever just because of how seamless and not spaghettied it is, i mean my moronic friend with an m1 macbook could figure it out) and as much as i just sucked that emulator off it still runs most games that aren't halo 1 like fricking DOGSHIT. go look at how halo 2, the fricking poster boy for that system looks

MGS4 works just fine so long as you don’t have a poor gay PC. I played through the entire game a few months ago. The loading times were lightning fast, there were only a few minor graphical glitches and the game only crashed three times.

That's just on the edge of what PCSX2 recommends. As long as it doesn't get thermal or power throttled it should be fine for most games.
Ignore this anon. He forgot the part where you said you are on an igpu. Without a dedicated gpu it will be awful for you. Save up for something 1050 tier at least.
