Hyper Beam was in fact purple in the Gen 6 games, the anime rips the move animations straight from the games, which is why they change so drastically between series. That's also why Stone Edge changed some sharps rocks being flung as projectiles to sharp rocks coming out of the ground
orange
Orange
Pokémon Violet
Grey
I prefer white hyper beams but orange is fine. Purple looks kinda cool but doesn't really scream "hyper beam" to me
My thoughts exactly
purple looks dragon or dark
orange is better but hyper beam should be off-white
Should be a pure white beam of energy.
Orange, Purple looks dumb
Orange because Purple would be more fitting for a different type like dark
Red hyper beam in gen 4. It looks like you're disintegrating them kamehameha style.
Someone got the gif of Fug blasting Deoxys with a HB?
Prismatic
Winner winner prismatic beam for dinner
looks so nice
kek. Another thing XY fricked up that JN had to fix.

Gen 6 isn't canon so we all can safely disregard purple hyper beam
But nu Stone Edge looks pretty neat, tho.
Stone Edge has always looked like that in the games. The rocks always came from the ground.
I was talking about the anime.
Biblically, nakadashi beam is yellow colored but doesn't matter. XY isn't canon anyway
Diaper beam lol
Canonically it's orange. Everything else is just fanart.
Orange. Top looks like it could be dark puls
while purple looks super cool, orange just feels correct.
Orange. More intense color, plus the purple makes it look too much like a dark type move.
Definitely Orange.
