There are games made by Russians, there are outsourcing companies that hire developers from Russia, there are publishers that work with Russians, but none of them are located in Russia because Russia is fricking terrible for private business if you are not part of Ozero Co. and as soon as anybody receives any miniscule share of success they move their company to Cyprus, or Spain, or Netherlands, or wherever
