Magnifying glass and cigarettes are braindead. Literally no reason not to just use the cigarettes whenever you have damage to heal. Would work better if the rule was that smoking one required you to then take a shot at yourself, upon which you heal if it turns out to be blank.
Ways to gain information on what's loaded in the gun could be cool, especially if it's more cryptic hints requiring deductions to be made, magnifying glass just gives you the information that requires zero figuring out, literally just telling you what to do on your turn. Granted it is fricking terrifying whenever the dealer uses one.

You literally just confirmed that you do by admitting yourself that your knowledge of what the next round is is entirely down to random chance. Yes you can deduce what's more likely but there's no reason why there can't be more to it than simply remembering what's been fired already.
