Been trying to run this on Windows 11, game loads and launches, but in-game all the 3d models move at a snail's pace. Furthermore, alt-tabbing seems to cause the game to black-screen and crash.
Get cnc-ddraw, it's a ddraw.dll and a config file you put in the game's folder and it should make the game work. If it still doesn't work add the line "VideoBackBuffer=no" in the Video section of ra2.ini. And if it STILL doesn't work, look into the config file of cnc-ddraw, you might be able to change some things to make it work, there's a lot of settings.
MO's mental difficulty melts my brain, there is too much shit to keep track of on every map. RA2's brutal campaign feels like a relaxing walk in the park in comparison
