The explanation is Terapagos's power brings things in from random timelines.
? Terapagos has nothing to do with the time machine. The professor built it because Terapagos caused a time paradox where you influenced them. They're the one that brought those pokemon to the present.
Thb I don't think there are that many regis to make. We've already filled the 200 stat slot in almost everything but offence. Abd making pokemon with a base 200 attack or sp.attack is kinda insane.
