The fog in Inaba is supposed to roll in after it rains, and the fog affects the shadow world and make them more violent.
Any instance of the environment appearing foggy in different weather conditions, while not affecting the shadow world should be ignored as a PS2 limitation, not hailed as an atmospheric choice.

Its a better game because I don't have to go inside the velvet room to fulfill requests, I can visit the shrine and get a skill card copied on the same day I provide it, I can switch characters mid-battle after hitting an enemy's weak point, each Tartarus block has a significantly more varied layout and visual look, there are new voiced cutscenes with the characters during study sessions, all of the social links are fully voiced, I can read forums on the internet in-game to unlock new features, etc
Golden was originally made for Vita so it's understandable why it has lower graphical fidelity
The rereleases of Golden for consoles/PC not having any graphical upgrades is completely unacceptable though I also think the 3rd semester distracts from the final fight and it makes the ending much worse, but that's a separate issue
Raw processing power isn't everything when you're talking about portable devices vs consoles. You also need to take into account things like battery life, heating, fan noise and screen glare

Persona 4 Golden wasn't a Remake (not even a remaster) is a port with more content . The contrast and saturation of color of Golden was made with the Vita in mind, so they to into consideration thinks like screen glare, illumination, sun rays, etc. Also the PS Vita isn't actually more powerful than Vita, since a lot of effects, environment models, textures were downgraded because the PS Vita is subjected to Battery life, heating outside noise, etc. The true remaster was the PC-Console version were they actually remastered the textures to 1080p and the sounds so complain about Atlus deciding to Remastering the Vita version instead of the downgrade which was logic considering that was made for Handled console
I am not, morons like OP are complaining for things like the lack of LE FOG, when all the graphics, models, textures and visual effects of Golden were made with the 576p Oled resolution of Vita (and other things like battery life) in mind were P4G actually looked good for portable version of the game. It's the other way around, the right images are of a vita port that was ported to PC. The vita couldn't do the fog.

I watch anime in Japanese with english subtitles because it comes out in Japanese with english subtitles faster than the dub.

Persona 4 Golden wasn't a Remake (not even a remaster) is a port with more content . The contrast and saturation of color of Golden was made with the Vita in mind, so they to into consideration thinks like screen glare, illumination, sun rays, etc. Also the PS Vita isn't actually more powerful than Vita, since a lot of effects, environment models, textures were downgraded because the PS Vita is subjected to Battery life, heating outside noise, etc. The true remaster was the PC-Console version were they actually remastered the textures to 1080p and the sounds so complain about Atlus deciding to Remastering the Vita version instead of the downgrade which was logic considering that was made for Handled console

I am not, morons like OP are complaining for things like the lack of LE FOG, when all the graphics, models, textures and visual effects of Golden were made with the 576p Oled resolution of Vita (and other things like battery life) in mind were P4G actually looked good for portable version of the game. So OP (and morons like him) instead of doing a meaningful complain about how Atlus did a lazy 1:1 port for a Vita game without doing any enhance beside the textures in 1080p which is a valid criticism, he criticizes the game as whole Vita version included instead of just the Port for PC and Consoles which are the real problem

why do devs focus on picking more "HD" textures instead of making sure the actual textures aren't worse than the originals in terms of colour composition and art direction.
if you literally just put the original textures through AI upscaling it would still produce a better result than the trash textures you used.
Most remasters are done by 3rd parties that don't give a shit about the original and are just doing a job for a pay check.
