I've got Tuonel of Night in the back. Also running Tuonel and Ushpia/Mayahuel. The party survives, it just does hardly any damage and times out when there's about 1 full bar of health left on the boss.

These ones. Tuonel of Night, Tuonel, Ushpia, Mayahuel and Cetess are all passive skill 2 and everyone's wearing mostly gold gear, refined.

Where's the best place to get that from? I don't have any.
Just keep grinding the last stage of the equipment stages, the ones that cost 30 stamina. Eventually you'll get some rainbow gear. Ideally you'll want ones with set bonuses.
Those stages also drop a currency that can be used in the shop to buy boxes containing rainbow gear that have a slim chance at containing items with a different set bonus than ones from the stages. The currency's more immediate use though is on the rainbow enchanting stone you can purchase one of a week, which allows you to randomly unlock a 3rd enchantment on rainbow tier gear.

New players should skip gold gear and go for the rainbow gear after purple. The gold gear is only used for some sacrifial dolls to squeeze a few seconds for the leaderboards.

I'm still stuck on 6-10, can't beat the twin executors before the timing out, and sometimes they just kill Tuonel of Night right at the start of the battle. Raised Nicolis to level 100 now, also running Tuonel of Night level 100 (at the back) and Tuonel level 90.
gear is like a million times more important than levels, after level 50 you get like barely any stats, so if you aren't using legendary equips, try that
chapter 6 came out when i was already at endgame, but i beat it with tuonel of night, eddine, and amanami, all like in the 60s or 70s
I've only recently started gear farming after max leveling my girls so only have a few pieces of legendary gear so far. I don't really know what sort of gear I'm looking to aquire or what enchantments are best on it. Need to farm Tuonel's UE as well, gacha did not want to give it to me.
it doesn't really matter that much unless you're trying to get high spot leaderboard times, just level up any piece of legendary gear that you get to max, maybe change it to beneficial enchants (crit %, crit damage, % damage, etc) and just put it on your dolls
ideally you want "orderly fashion" weapons but "frenzy" will work too, ideally you want "complexity" armor, and ideally you want "periodic supply" accessory, but having anything at all is better than having nothing, and you don't even need enchants on your legendary gear for it to be significantly better than purple or gold gear

you miiight be able to beat nm9, but you almost certainly will not be able to beat nm10 (but you only get rewards to 9 so it's fine), and then on phys immune weeks that, of course, will not suffice, and there is an anon here who thinks that even intangible barrier is getting power creep in it, which may very well be the case, but if you got the frame for path not taken before with that team, you may still be able to complete it depending on the modifiers

has anyone here managed to get a full difficulty clear on todays wolf boss path not taken? i just dont understand how it's done. i've been trying to use near identical magic teams, i just don't have the orderly weapons because lol rng. but all these clears are at like 15-19 seconds, but by the time i hit 30 seconds the boss still has 2 healthbars left

well what does "near" identical mean?
i got the "full" clear with the 500 point time limit rather than the 1000 point time limit because that's enough for 35k anyway, but all of the people who cleared in 15-19 seconds have level 50 or 60 ue maxed out dolls with inheritance of life rings (instead of periodic supply) and mostly still water set on the sac doll (either cersivey or lilia) and their shirois are 3/5 or 4/5 attribute intensification
you can easily clear with the 500 point time limit with only level 10 ues and zero attribute intensification and no still water or shiroi proc reset autism and without the legendary weapon modifier autism either
same exact teams/skill levels. gear rolls also slightly worse but not much, and no orderly like i said. other than that, only difference was UEs being stuck at 20 rather than 60. i just wasn't sure if those were enough to make that big of a difference or if i was somehow failing fundamentally by skills used somehow. I cleared easily by just taking off 2 challenges to lose 500 points as well, just trying to figure out what exactly they're doing differently or if it really is just the UEs. guess i'll just have to kick myself for being unlucky and not getting an extra shiroi UE dupe

How the frick do I actually beat Camilyne? I can't even get close before it times out. I just made it to her second stage and she has 5 health bars and puts up a shield every few seconds. I got about halfway through the first health bar of stage 2.

after a few months of new dolls coming around you should be able to kill her. at least if you haven't done everything in the game already then you have something to look forward to and a reason to keep logging in

I cleared the boss with Akasha Catherine and Amorai and 3 other brimstone dolls in the back. I would be suprised if you can't clear it with Nicolis. Maybe Nicolis fricked you up with the shit RNG in her abilities, how many times did you try?.
If you failed many times you can try to have another mercury doll in the formation as a sacrifice for the 10% buff and then change into Tuonel after the doll dies. Also some bosses have a weakened state at some point in which they take extra damage maybe you can wait to manually burst at that point. Otherwise, maxing out on skills and UE levels is the obvious solution.
Tried it several times with Nicolis but she and Tuonel sometimes randomly die. Last time was with Mayahuel, it didn't seem like the damage was much different though.
Will minmaxing their skills and UE more help given how far short I'm falling of killing her? Everyone's already at passive level 2. Shan't play on manual though, that's for sure.
You can check how much of a boost some skills upgrades give, usually if it does extra damage you should upgrade the skill. When it comes to UE the bad thing is that you don't get the material back if you try to soul rebind the doll. For Nicolis you should definetly max out her skills. For the UE not sure because there is already a better mage than Nicolis. If I would upgrade a UE that would be Tuonel's. Try to move the doll positions around so that the tank actually tanks the hit the boss throws out, also use Inheritance of life rings.

periodic supply, like orderly fashion, seem to only be obtainable through intangible barrier and the treasure boxes you buy for 1000 of those little red things in the shop, which i imagine is why anon is recommending to use the inheritance of life rings with the +atk on it rather than periodic supply ones
I haven't got anything very good from the boxes so far. No inheritance of life either: I've got Unbending Will, Complexity, Orderly Fashion, and a couple of Frenzy.

i think so, but i think it has to be 1 attack% on the "extra" stat slot that you have to use the super runestone to get, and then when you reroll the other stats those can roll attack% again, but probably not worth the autism, i still have like 70 super runestones that i've not autism rolled because it's simply not required
i don't know about the other best stats because i don't even use healers except for when the boss is magic immune, and even extremely budget tuonel i can clear the content (nm10, no isabel), using the stats that the weapon naturally rolled with, not rerolling anything, though personally if i were to reroll a healer weapon I'd probably try to get crit chance and crit damage as the ideal because then i could share the weapon with princess amanami (who i also never use, but could)

you don't really need to optimize healer weapons but flat atk for the second, third is whatever probably hp% if you really want. heals can crit but that can frick up saccing though that doesn't matter if you don't care/aren't saccing.

yeah, i think that's even sort of how the tutorial presents it, but that's not the case

once you get to lvl 20, it's a nice boost, but it's not at all necessary. I've been playing since before that system existed (i think most people have) and i never used any of the potions until like 2 or 3 weeks ago when i realized that i had like 1500 small potions and that i could afford to get every single doll that i use to level 10 and still have like 1000 potions left over. The level 10 difference is not very much, but the level 20 difference is nice. I've gotten every single f2p potion possible since they introduced it, and I have about 200 medium potions left after enhancing at least 1 doll to level 2 (i can't remember how many i have enhanced), so it starts getting more restrictive after 10 and all the way to 20. Then after that, to get from 20 to 30, you need potions that f2p has never been given, so you'll need to convert your small or medium potions in order to get past level 20, and it's at this point that i'd imagine the stat boosts probably start getting more exponential, but i wouldn't know because i'm the type of person where i don't upgrade anything unless i absolutely need to, or unless i realize that i have enough resources to upgrade literally everyone
That's a whole lot of potions, guess I should just leave the few I've thrown here and there as they are instead of wasting a reset. Good to know that I can get them back though, thanks.

this is purely speculation, but i think the assassin is once again not isabel, but that the mage is probably the best mage in the game if you're a normalgay who is taking longer than 45 seconds to kill evil return bosses, since her s2 jumps to like a 1800% attack after those ~45ish seconds, and by then she'll have +50% attack and a passive +30% damage, and her s1 will be 1000% skill at that point as well

you can only get one UR, and you want it to be tuonel, but you can get a ur + ssr, and you want the ssr to be mayahuel or ushpia

This anon here, i have been playing it from time to time without a rush, is there a clear path to do optimize things like farm or should i do as i please until eos?

if there is an event running, always do it first because it's limited, and you usually get upgrade materials in exchange for the stamina anyway

path not taken and intangible barrier are once per month each, evil return rebirth is new every week, and all of these run for 1 week when they are up, with evil return rebirth always being up, a new boss each week. currently it is path not taken. intangible barrier you can binge and do all in one sitting, but path not taken requires you to do a new fight every day for a week. try your best to beat these, but it wont be possible at first, just something to work towards, but they still give decent rewards even if you cannot fully complete them. same with evil return rebirth, i usually save it for thursday since that's when the nightmare mode unlocks, and you can binge all the difficulties at that point. again, you wont be able to clear them all at first, but you get rewards for clearing even a little, so do what you can and work towards full clearing, you need to clear nightmare 9 for full rewards, 10 for leaderboard (no additional rewards)

this will always be available, so you should really only do the story as a fall back plan for when nothing else is consuming your stamina, that's the most optimal way anyway, but for me personally i binged the story up to like chapter 5, then did it more leisurely while prioritizing events and the other stuff

complete each of these once for the first time reward, then if you need materials farm the highest level stage, though for the skill material stage, sometimes you'll need to farm one of the lower level stages for the lower level skill books

this is what rebirth is based on, and these are always here, never refresh, but it's worth going through and clearing them out for the gem rewards

yeah, for sure, i have no idea how good claire is, but your best/most well rounded team for magic will be tuonel of night/eddine/mayahuel (assuming you have mayahuel she's an ssr)
physical you're looking at kapla, meta, tuonel
claire's good as long as the enemy doesn't have high mdef but you'd probably be using your phys dealer on those anyway

i downloaded it on steam one time, and it seemed to keep writing and rewriting the data, constantly, while i was fricking playing it, so i uninstalled before i even really left the first town because the program acted like malware
I can't attest to your experience since I play it on mobile. Another Eden is the spiritual successor to the Chrono series as it shares the same director and similar staff to the original series. It has great music, stories, characters, world building, etc. EVERYTHING in the game is permanent content; yes, even collabs. If you get burned out, just put it down for as long as you want since it'll be there waiting the next time you pick it up. The free units are more than enough to beat most if not all content with enough strategizing and grinding. The game is still thriving and very active.

A little while ago, we got a 20 floor maze that lets you grind for OP gear that anyone, even if you just started, can do. How strong you are outside the maze is irrelevant since you start at level 1 and get stronger in the maze. It lets you take as many breaks as you want in-between, and you can get a free unit, Noahxis, that straight up one shots all fodder mobs you come across; he does a preemptive 500k attack on all enemies. This will make grinding painless in the long run.
There's simply so much content that it's hard to ever be bored with the game. The characters are simply endearing and you'll probably become attached to some of them as you play the story. I probably left out lots of details but just try it out and see if you like it or not. The AE /vmg/ thread is extremely helpful and there are lots of guides on YouTube as well.
To start, I would redeem both monthly free trials and reap both of their benefits. Don't forget to cancel the subscription so it doesn't automatically charge you once the free trial is over; you'll still reap the benefits for that month. Also, setting your DNS to dns.adguard.com will let you skip all the ads in the game and just go straight to redeeming the gacha currency. Have fun!

Yes, I am. I've been full autoing everything. If I run my usual team of Tuonel of Night, Tuonel, Nicolis it times out. I've also tried Nicolis, Tuonel, Mayahuel which clears her stage one much quicker but dies to stage 2.
One anon suggested adding another weak mercury witch in Tuonel's place to sacrifice for the extra 10% power which I also tried, but she kills Nicolis if I do that.
