I've never played a game just because Sseth made a video about it. I enjoy his videos because he finds fun in games in unique and novel ways, he showcases what makes games fun and appealing to some people even when its a game that I wouldn't touch.

Is it fun?
No, it quickly gets boring and repetitive. The gameplay never ramps up or gets interesting or even the slightest bit challenging. The prostitution gameplay part loses its charm after the first hour or two and you basically only do it to get special event CG scenes from some of the special types of girls you can pick up during missions. The story is pretty boring, the characters are mostly boring, and the only funny character is your best bud that's just a reference to the "fearless leader" type of character trope. Some of the scenes are pretty hot though, but that's mostly because I love when anime girls get raped.
I liked it. It was simple but enjoyable for me.
But I will admit its main draw is the humor and cute art

it's funny cause i build grids in basically every city builder ive ever played cause it just feels right but when i play syx i go out of my way (well partly i try to but also it just happens) to build "organically" so weird street patterns or building shapes or whatever

There's also a lot of bonuses depending on where you build. Gridmaxing is breddy inefficient in this game
