>team ninja
>made dark souls but better
>made sekiro but better
>will make ghost of tsushima but better
>will kill dragons nogma 2 in march
Discuss... I hope it's a return to form for team ninja and they bring back the skill trees and build variety of nioh 2. If that's the case i genuinely believe that rise of the ronin has the potential to create one of the best combat systems.
doesn't matter if the world is small and empty. they should just make ninja gaiden 4 but they're too honorabu to smear oatmeal cookies creation even though they already shat all over it with yaiba and razor's edge.
Didn't you catch it's a console game
Just like nioh, damn. Kys moron. You people are insufferable.
Nioh 1 and 2 were both timed exclusives. It will come to pc soon after
it looks really generic.
>same exact day as DD2
God fricking DAMMIT
That trailer had INSANE amounts of FSR fizzle. Team Ninja is clearly incapable of optimizing after the technical disasters that were Stranger of Paradise and Wo Long.
I hate souls games and nioh was the biggest disappointment I ever played (it's nothing like onimusha to that dick head anon who recommend that trash to me) I hope it's just a normal hack n slash
It probably will be, no news about it being a souls like, looks like it's drawing more from ghost of tsushima with the added stealth elements
samurai games come in three lame ass flavors
>proto-samurai
>sengoku
>bakumatsu
i hope they don't go overboard with reused animations, a lot the basic player animations looked identical to wo long and i saw a lot of nioh animations as well.
>sekiro but better
deflecting is the only thing sekiro and wo long have in common
Is that le hecking npc following mission? I hope that guy won't break his leg or get crippled in some other way haha.
Have you seen the whole trailer? That 2nd guy is a member of your party, you can do chain attacks with him where he uses his revolver
This seems even scarier, imagine the cinematic box pushing and lifting each other over the obstacles like Last of Us.
It's going to be dogshit
They should have just made Nioh 3
it seems that the kamidevs responsible for Niohs are not working for Team Ninja anymore...
We already have Nioh 3
>>will kill dragons nogma 2 in march
lmao it's literally dead in the water until the PC release
Do people unironically have any expectations for this after wo long?
There were Team Ninja cultists who bought SoP and Wo Long only to sponsor this thing.
Wo Long is good though. Bit easy maybe, but good.
>Literally 1 button shovelware with pronouns and body type A/B
>good
>with pronouns and body type A/B
What does that have to do with how good the game is?
Game is dogshit even without that. That's just the cherry on top
>Team ninja
>anything but gaiden
oh no
>made dark souls by worse
>made sekiro but worse
>just reskinning dark souls but worse again with no Yokai and cringe anime moves
it's over
>current year team ninja
hahaha no
It will be worse than Elden Ring but still good
>will kill dragons nogma 2
Not by being an exclusive...
These guys make games so quickly, what's their secret?
None are good
Reuse 90% of the assets from previous games
>take 20% of an old game and pretend it's a new one
That's more like Team Ninja.
nioh, sop, and wo long all have an entirely different combat system though, only thing they share is a similar level design and loot grind
So, March is Ronin or Dogma? I'm probably going Ronin, but I'm still interested in DD2.
Dogma seems to be an obvious choice being an actual passion project of it's creators and not a Sony funded slop.
>Not as deep and complex as Nioh
>Not as cinematic as Ghost of Tsushima
Who is this for again? Wo Long was already a shittier sekiro copy.....
When the frick did people turn on team Ninja? Wo Long wasn't as good as Nioh, but it was still a decent game. SoP was fun as well.
literally Wo Long
Nioh 2 was a fluke
They have now shown their true nature
Their games are not shilled by legions of marketers so them being 7-8/10 games causes Gankertards to call them 0/10
They made a game set in china triggering half this board
I'm interested in the game, but I'm more casually optimistic after Wo Long since I still kind of regret buying it day 1 since it wasn't as great as Nioh 2.
Also it's releasing on the same day as Dragon's Dogma 2, and I'm going to prioritize it first, so this might just be a game I'll get once it gets ported to PC since apparently it's going to be released as a PS5 exclusive first.
>made dark souls but better
when?
>made sekiro but better
when?
Dead on arrival.
