Whatever artifact makes enemies drop items is pretty much essential to actual multiplayer.
I don't. Been awhile since I've played. Does acrid have busted combos or something? I might also just be bad.
Acrid got buffed (when he didn't need to) by stacks of HP regen when he uses his melee claw attack, which combined with his mobility and AOEs makes him one of the easiest characters in the game.
I dropped RoR2 early on before they updated the game a bunch and did the DLC, is it worth giving another go? I just wasn't into it as 1, honestly Returns looks appealing to me I wish we had a date for it already.
i enjoy it a ton but it definitely has a number of issues mostly stemming from the devs being pretty incompetent
if you already have it there's no harm in reinstalling and giving it another shot
The DLC adds enemies that when they die have an aoe instakill that disregards extra lives as well, a new end game boss that spams more insta kill attacks, and q new boss item that spawns a companion that has an instakill attack that can instakill you or your teammates

i've never died to a void enemies AoE once in 500 hours of gameplay it's a complete none issue and you're making it sound so much worse than it actually is
you'd have to be actively trying to die to that to ever lose a run to it
also voidling is 100% optional
and the boss item is probably the single rarest item in the game outside of aspects
Loader is the most fun character in the game because she ignores fall damage and had the best mobility with no items. Merc right after that but I find myself playing Bandit and Captian the most anyway.
I think loader is the most fun because she is the least item-reliant in the early game >good mobility >good damage >good survivability
all without picking up a single item. I also play dual power saw MUL-T and the difference is like night and day
she's the least item reliant in the early game and takes the least amount of items to just break the game wide open
get bands, some crowbars, some speed and there you go you just won your run
i suck at the game so i only have the default spaceman unlocked and then some other character that appeared after an update
i have over 50 hours on the game and ive never beaten the first zone.
acrid is the strongest survivor in the game and it's honestly not even close
poison is so ridiculously busted that as long as you're patient enough everything will die no matter what
just build into speed and AoE items and you're good
is it possible again to play this with pick up groups? They changed the way that worked like half a year ago and its impossible to find randos to play with now.
Mult is pretty fun, most others are pretty boring
Rex is pretty fun, bandit if I wanna go a bit faster.
artificer
>pick command
>8 guillotine ; corrupt bungus ;
>roll on everything
i fricking miss RoR1 games
>pick easymode artifact
>complain about balance in a game not designed around it

no?
Yeah? You and your bros kill everything, after the boss you spend a minute going "hey who needs X"
and you can't do that with chests?
I don't think I've played since the update that would've buffed him. Might pick it back up.

All true. I honestly just play the game with 100+ mods installed at this point. So many QoL fixes that should just be in the game.

All true things. Dual saw is the only way I can play Mul-T but holy shit is it the worst build at early game.

You’re joking anon. Please.

That's surprisingly helpful. Thank you, anon.
railgunner baby, one shot one kill
hand over your fricking crowbars
Void Fiend's corrupted laser is like cocaine to me, crazy that you don't see more people playing this guy.
the ninja is pretty cool, don't remember the name because its pretty long since I played last time
the captain was cool too
Merc for like 800 hours
Goku.

I only had fun playing as the Captain, but I also loves shotguns.
