>people still buy into the “it’s all the ebil execs fault”
none of the batman trilogy devs would ever have agreed to make suicide squad
They agreed to make it only to end up leaving mid development
I mean, hiring policies that celebrate incompetence and just watching old talent leave is an executive failing too.
They should have paid more to make old devs stay and they shouldn't have been cheap fricks about replacing them.
It literally always is.
Everything is the fault of executives in one way or another.
Yes, how dare the decision makers be blamed for making decisions.
why do you think the real devs behind batman left months ago after the game went gold. they knew it was doomed from the start but most companies wont let you quit and form your own dev studio until some time .
execs are the ones who think hiring gays will bring in more money
They really don't, they just don't care because it's not something shareholders are allowed to oust them over
Yes, unlike you the majority of us don't simp for executives.
>bamham combat
>visceral melee
It's pennyarcade. They have never had good opinions or were good at games.
exec is missing his yarmaluke.
>putting on your yarmluke when golfing
>Destiny's kinda big right now
Oh how the times have changed.
That was definitely several doomed years ago, Destiny 2 is dead dead in 2024
It's been dipping down into the 35k concurrent range for a while, but recently had a peak of around 150k. It's not dead, but it's definitely on a downswing, and it's not like Bungie is getting any better as a development studio.
It will be dead dead like a month after the final expansion comes out and is just as mediocre as they all have been since forsaken
>legendary games
Arkham Asylum is the formula every Sony movie game is following to this day. It was revolutionary.
kek, this is as bad as when every company under the sun tried to make an MMO in the 2000s to compete with WoW
to think EA almost made a good competitor
>legendary games
>defining melee combat
lol
It's not exactly wrong, considering how many BamHam combat copies there are out there
I read that as the developers committed suicide. Like, WHOA dude.
It hasn't killed the studio yet, which is unfortunate. More slop incoming.
Make shit game, win shit prizes.
the first week decided this game’s future was going to be 1 year of bare minimum updates into maintenance mode
The market speaks!
[You're too good to be true]
>sub-118
Why not just write 117? It's not suggesting an order of magnitude when the number is that specific.
Because it fluctuates between 0 and 117 same way sub 100 doesn't mean 99 always
100 implies an order of magnitude though. 118 doesn't sound like a realistic upper limit.
I completely forgot about that game
death to america
L + Ratio + deserved.
How many Indians on their team
Will this force the studios colsure?
We'll know if it did by Q1 2025
