How to progress reputation with vendors properly? Is it better to spread it even with one you like the most or to advance single one until some point then switch?
And what vendors are the best? I'm in beggining of Chapter 2 right now, officer/master tactian RT, Abelard, Idira, Argentina, Jae, Pasqal.

You can spread a bit early game to get soome upgrades for power spike for members you like using, but afterwards focus on 1.
You can get 1 maxed with some points in others or get 2 maxed f you focus exclussively.
As for which is best, depends on the party you want to use the most. See which has good weapons for most members
I maxed out two + the navy and got fairly deep in the others on daring if that makes a difference.
You also go a LONG way if you select the reputations building in your colonies, or as quest reward. Best example is 5000k reputation or 2 mobile extractium for opticon 22 when you arrive in footfall. That 5k is like 200 guns worth, or if you get the infinite grenade/surgeons bad/drugs from janus like an autistic frick (like me) it's equivalent to 250 of those.
Frankly, the gear from vendors is almost always better than whatever else you'll get, so rep maxing is the way
So patch might be tomorrow or Tuesday, any hopes for it?
I hope they add some equipment for Yrliet and Ulfar
At least give Yrliet a pair of boots. Or did her craftworlds only cobbler die in the original attack?

Just add some boots and gloves to Kasballica and void pirates for her, don't even need to place them in missions
just let her use Drukhari equipment.

The real reason Cassia wanted the tounges cut off of the workers, was because she heard that one officer try to proposition Yrliet for sex.
I really wasn't sure about Cassia before I started playing, but Owlcat has really outdone themselves, she might be the best romance they've ever written.
I'm looking forward to following Yrilet's story so I can see if hers can compete. Jae is... okay. I did get a laugh at the Administratum, although it was ridiculous that buying someone's house or Servitor took multiple PFs.

No Argenta most chars really I think has three values that you influence and there are more interactions that change them.
When she wants to see the Warrant, for example

They want different things so mostly you'll just sell it as you go and be fine. The important one is that you don't need to sell anything to the Explorators, since you'll get a tonne of Rep with them just for giving planetary information.
I've largely ignored the pirates though, since I never use their events on colonies anyway. I'm trying to make an Empire, not a crime gang.

Just remember to dump all those spare medkits. drug injections, and grenades on vendors. They're all 5% or 10% and can get you rep fast once the game starts throwing hundreds at you.
Huh, I kept all of them like a moron in my playthrough even though I only ever used the churgueon medkits

Even if it's mostly just dialogue. 3 hours per romance is pretty worth the price if you're gonna replay the game multiple times.

well they werent about what both entail, so voidship might not be all about spacecombat and missions but a bit more scenic than that.
