In the old af novel Farseer, eldar Seer actually says that eldar straight up do not get possessed, but that's nof true in the modern lore and the novel is Heretical Tome anyway

Eldar certainly claim that humans are more corruptable in many cases, for example in Path series. They're also all powerful psykers, possess strong emotions, and at least craftworld exist in society that nurtures willpower. Also, in ttrpg Drukhari PC do not get affected by corrption points in any way besides increasing their Thirst

We've already seen what happens with eldar in warp jumps in Rogue Trader, they're at some risk but they can learn to handle it and protect their souls. We also get a frickton of bad warp events that cause a lot of damage but don't specifically do anything worse to the eldar.

Well my character would have stopped the fricking ship, kept the lower deck buttholes away from them, had everyone get Yrliet's "how to survive warp jump" lessons and meditate on it, had some comfy chats/dinner/my RT asking for cool eldar trivia and then probably everyone would be chill enough to survive on the silly mon-keigh bucket ship until I got them to Janus. I mean for fricks sake even Marz learns how to, it can't be THAT hard.
