I dunno, a stack of enflame or two and the dots are dealing 20-30+ damage. Dropping molten beams on top of triggering the dot every turn and damage ramps up your crit rate and damage real fast.

Build up your crit multiplier and look for shit that adds flat damage. Those gloves that give AGI/2 damage to each shot after run and gun for example. I had an autogun on Janus that did 4-6/8 shots and did like 19-21/8 on the second burst. Each of those did like 50-60+ damage on a crit.

First time around you can equip it and then respec but there's also at least two improved versions, and the precise one is a monster. It doesn't have the guaranteed single shot hit the bolter has so I'll give it that.

Most things are dead after a stern look and a fart in their general direction after a certain level. I'm playing on unfair and it's quite important earlier on to use shit like militant stacks and you're not getting those if you only spam burst. Also it sometimes helps a ton when you can place a round in something behind heavy cover 50 tiles away with a 100% guarantee.

The other Rogue Trader guy is alive right now too and it would make MUCH more sense if he helped me.
All of the five factions came to meet me at Footfall and told me that, unfortunately, I hadn't built up enough reputation with them to be their bestie, but they wish me luck. What the frick? I have literally given the Navy every single piece of loot in the entire game. There is nowhere left for me to get more. I've also built all the buildings that give me extra rep with them. I've even shunned the Fellowship and Mission purely so I could stuff all my resources into the Explorators and the Church, and I'm still not even halfway up their reputation ladders. What the frick is the game expecting me to have done to have maxed rep with these c**ts? It is ACTUALLY impossible.

more attacks, more stacks. assuming i moved before my officer in the first round, with a two ap extra turn and wild fire i can always attack twice, single target and burst (three stacks). once i have 12 stacks it's two burst fires (four stacks). this is at level 16, it all comes together quickly.
Sanctic psyker soldier arch-militant stacking versatility and resolve has such a disgusting action economy while being literally invulnerable.

at least you got to fight.. My game just bugged out and everyone just stands there.
I got so lucky. All my party was dead except for Ulfar with like 15 health and the last three turns the last four adds missed every attack and I managed to win. I was so close to rage quitting for the last 20 minutes of that fight.

if you use a multikey, you can roll multiple times instead of getting locked out of a hard roll after one fail.
