I dunno, it's pretty fun as a mindless AI arena game but I wish there was more shit to do in endless mode. The fact you only have nine colosseum matches is fricking gay. Plus, it's a complete crapshoot/a total drain on money and resources investing in getting the shit for a chariot, and even then it's not even worth getting into chariot matches aside from the gimmick of it all. Regular gladiator matches usually pay more and you always want all your guys getting the shit kicked out of them so they improve more quickly since training is a waste of time (and they can't even train when they're healing, which takes forever anyway).
Also, the 'ogre' gladiators are fricking useless since high-level gladiators can eviscerate them in a matter of seconds. The same goes for lions. Past level 100 skills, the only thing that can feasibly pose a threat to a gladiator is another gladiator, but even then high level gladiator matches usually also only last a couple seconds, so they aren't very fun to watch.
I'd rather watch Dominions 5 battles than a high-level gladiator match in Domina.
