Yes, there is a specific ending where you turn its own rules against it and force it to leave in a "perfect ending" of sorts.
I got that secret ending on my first run because I like talking to all the npcs between missions anyway. I think it's a great example of a secret ending you can get organically.

What DLC? Dragonfall and Hong Kong are separate games from Returns. Returns is the weakest entry, but worth a playthrough. So far the only one I would replay is Dragonfall.

Hong Kong's Director's Cut adds a really good post-ending story DLC if you didn't play that

The conversation where he reveals this was one of the best in the game for me. I saw it coming quite a ways off into the start of the convo but it was just really enjoyable. In comparions the ghoul samurai dude I thought would be cool, but his interactions were kind of dull.
