Great soundtrack. I also like most AC games. Even the games people hate such as Valhalla and Syndicate.
2014 was literally the last time Ubisoft was ambitious. Unity looks better than RPG AC games with more npc density than they ever did before. Alexandria looks like an empty wasteland when it had as much people as Unity's Paris during it's time.
They literally could not release a bad game in the early 2000s. They could do no wrong. I actually bought several PS2 games based on them simply having the Ubisoft logo.
Now it's the exact opposite. Ubisoft is a HARD no buy. I think it's still possible that EA and Activision could release a good game today. But anything published by Ubisoft is absolutely worthless.
They care more about their single player games than most other big devs. They always give it a year of free updates and support, which sometimes improve the game a good amount based on player feedback. Other than that, meh.
Wish they'd stop fricking up assassin's creed because that series still unironically has a lot of potential and mirage was supposed to take the game back to it's "roots" which means, "lets do absolutely nothing to innovate and just make the old game but with nothing interesting and slightly worse with stupid magic take downs"
They have the potential to make really good games but they trip over their own dick more often than not. I wish they'd refocus on consistency again because they had really good periods in the 00's and '10s where they were just putting out good games but their quality has cratered in the last few years.
I wish they'd make a new Watch_Dogs with the same vibe as the first game but the gameplay improvements of the sequel. That game was surprisingly comfy just to do shit in but it wasn't bloated with busywork.
I liked Driver San Fran
I even didn't mind the Ubisoft launcher integration because playing the campaign gave me enough dumbcurrency to unlock all the bonus races
I really wish we got Child of Light 2. It's nice to see the UbiArt engine not being forgotten entirely, but man if they're not taking advantage of it in the slightest.
Steep was kino

Far Cry 3
Is one of the worst games ever made.

Sands of Time, Warrior Within, Chaos Theory and Ass Creed 1 were GOATs
They make the best games, even if they are downgraded.

POOPSOFT
There was an attempt at making a real game with the last Prince of Persia.
Thats the only positive thing I have to say about them

Anno series are great
No.
I liked far cry 2 but everything since has been dogshit
they spearheaded wokeness in videogames
They're so mediocre they're not even good at being the worst company
The Crew offline
Their 80s logo looks like a parody of 80s logos
They used to make some great games
Is there anything worse than a french canadian?
carried the 6th and 7th gen
