They're only really 'Legendary' because the Professor failed to pull more than two from the machine before they died. Otherwise they're basically just Cyclizar, a common Pokemon.
Mewtwo is only legendary because the laboratory was destroyed.
Lati@s is only legendary because their big groups are hard to find.
Zygarde can divide itself into 10 different pokemon and is still legendary.

Legendaries are legendary because they're purposefully overpowered for the sake of rolfstomping the game because your 8 year old ass was too stupid to do so with a charizard. UBs are legendary, there's only one per save and they can't breed. Fucking Farfetch'd is a legendary in RBY, one per save file, in game trade only.

Kinda funny how Game-Wise a pair of Living Tulpas addicted to sandwiches are some of the most broken and Overtuned pokemons ever made, they make the Primals, Megas, Zyg100, The dogs and maybe Calyrex look ok. One thing I have to give credit for Gen 9, they actually made the legends feel less like a plot device you only care about 5 minutes to the end and more like a character, hell, they do the whole partner to the end better than your own starter or your companion even.

The Bike-Lizards are pretty overturned. They don't have a mixed attack spread like other legends, They have a decent bulk for offensive box legends, the only box legend faster than them are Zacian and Caly-Shadow, also their abilities summon weather/field for them who while boosting their main attacking stat by like 30% or so, so Unless you're Ting-Lu or Fairy-Donzo you do not want to switch in especially with Korai going Fire Tera and Nuking everything after a SD and Scale Shot or Mirai unleashing Specs DM almost as strong as a Xerneas2+
